We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better in person. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What truly set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, attentive to our needs, and always polite and professional in every interaction. Any question we had was answered quickly and helpfully, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our experience. Allison and Team are just wonderful. A beautiful studio in an excellent location. Jacquie was really helpful with instructions and check in, and communicative throughout our short stay. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. Would love to come and stay again.

Lovely little spot for a weekend getaway. Situation is great and the space is nice and private. Stunning open plan kitchen and lounge area with comfortable couch and bed. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

We had a slight issue with the bathroom prior to check-in but Khateeb responded excellently resolving the issue with pace and transparency. Great location, lovely flat

Stay was lovely! The building felt brand new and so did the apartment - all clean and spotless with mark-less furniture and walls. Had all the amenities needed including a mini-SNES which has a great 2-player Mario game on! Apartment is right near the city centre so only a short walk in. Only downside was the slightly noisy road just outside, but couldn’t hear anything with the windows shut. Wouldn’t stop me from staying here again!

Excellent apartment, we stayed for the week as we were going to a wedding in Harrogate. The apartment was so central to everything, the bus station, the train station, and the main shopping area. The apartment itself was equipped to the highest standard, and the extras Maureen provided were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this area. And I would certainly book this place again when visiting Harrogate. Thank you to the host Maureen, your home was beautiful.

Had a great weekend with my little dog in The Delph. Gorgeous surroundings, even on the drive, lots of walking, eating and relaxing. I cooked one night and the kitchen had everything I needed. Felt really homely. The terrace makes it.

The Vault was a perfect base for our 2 week stay visiting family and friends. On arrival there was music playing and the space was warm and cozy, delightful after a long journey. It really set the tone for our stay. The space is stylish, comfortable, peaceful and perfect for resting after a long day of activities. Rob is an excellent host, approachable and responsive. He also provided some unexpected touches that made us feel very welcome. The location is ideal and provided us with the option of leaving the car and using the tram or buses a few steps away. The neighbourhood is delightful to walk around with excellent shopping and dining choices. When the sun shone we took advantage of the garden courtyard to enjoy a home cooked meal amongst the ferns and art. We really enjoyed our stay at the Vault.

Jo’s apartment is well-located and very private. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay and is an easy walk into the centre of town - in fact I walked with luggage from the train station! There was some noise from foot traffic in the apartment above, but this didn’t disturb my sleep. Bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the washing machine, plentiful supply of laundry detergent, drying rack, and sunny front courtyard (which was perfect for drying). Recommended.

A perfect location and all within walking distance to burton road Where we were visiting relatives. Entry was nice and smooth and well explained. Flat was very roomy with a well equipped kitchen. Lounge lovely and comfortable. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with crisp white sheets. All in all a perfect stay !!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment! The space was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. One of the highlights was the stunning view, it made morning and night feel special. The apartment is also in a fantastic location, just a short walk to great restaurants, shops and other amenities, which made exploring the area super convenient. The flat is really cozy and has all the amenities that one would need. Jill and her son, Marcus took care of everything. I needed few things and they arranged it for me promptly. Also on the first day they welcomed me with breakfast and flowers which I thought was a really sweet gesture. Dronfield is a great place to stay and the neighbourhood is beautiful as well. I would highly recommend Jill’s place, primarily for their great hospitality.

Stay with group of friends, lovely place, perfect location less than a mile walk into centre of beautiful Harrogate. Good parking on drive and road. Very large open plan living area and very comfortable cosy beds. Communication was excellent very responsive.

A great compact flat as a base for exploring the high peak. Everything was to hand and Tony was helpful and approachable. I particularly liked the air con which came in handy as i was lucky enough to have some warm weather. Thanks for a great stay

Shola is a great host who provides excellent instructions for check in, parking and around the flat to use the facilities. The apartment was very quiet and well located for getting around Sheffield by foot, public transport or by car. Both bedrooms had desks so great for my daughter to take online exams and study. We used the private car park cost £5 for 24 hours and it is well worth it for security.

Great place to stay in Manchester. Really spacious flat with comfortable bed and common areas. I’d been staying in hotel for several days, so it was nice to have a washing machine, full kitchen, and even a tub in the bathroom and make myself at home for a few days. The location is really quiet and off the beaten path. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the heart of the Northern Quarter, and more time to other areas of downtown. Lots to see and do in Manchester, but mostly just really enjoyed having a wander around. Had a really good time visiting all the bakeries in neighboring Ancoats! I ended up making this booking on the same day I was checking in and Ryan was really communicative in both accepting and the booking and getting me checkin details quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lionel and his partner are incredible hosts with a great flat that is seconds away from some of the best locations in Manchester. The building's amenities are fantastic and there are great views from both the flat balcony and the pool. Greatly enjoyed my stay and happy to meet them.

Loved our stay, very accommodating, very quiet and cosy. Easy to find and a lovely pub nearby for food. Sadly couldn’t use the pool due to having the dog with us but looked great! Very reasonably priced and nice little farm shop on site. A lovely stay! Also brilliant communication. Thanks

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.
