I had an amazing stay at this villa in Dilijan! The surrounding nature is absolutely breathtaking, with lush green mountains and serene landscapes all around. It's the perfect escape for anyone looking to reconnect with nature. The villa itself was spotless, with every room meticulously clean and well-maintained. The cozy and comfortable interiors made us feel right at home, while the large windows allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning views outside. The property grounds were equally impressive, with a beautifully landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh mountain air. There were also plenty of outdoor seating areas where we could unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, this villa is a hidden gem in Dilijan, ideal for a relaxing getaway in nature!

Almost new apartment in a quiet area near the city center,beds are comfortable,shower with great pressure,elevator, we had a lot of luggage. I mistakenly booked the apartment a day earlier, the funds were non-refundable,but with the help of Michael the money was returned to the account,I recommend as a friendly professional!

Very good apartment. Stylish and comfortable. Everything you need is there. There's a lot of dishes in the kitchen. Very good location in the city center and a huge balcony on the fourth floor. The host is responsive. I can recommend it, it's definitely worth the money.

Really enjoyed my stay in this cozy apartment. Quite spacious, very high-quality renovation, you can see what they did with the soul. Chic furniture, many wardrobes and bedside tables, there is even a dressing room in the bedroom. Wonderful large table in the living room. The kitchen is amazing, there are a lot of cooking tools, beautiful dishes, lots of space. The apartment is perfectly heated in the cold season, there are even heated floors! The apartment has everything you need, including fast internet. The location is good, quite close to the center - 20 min walk or 5-10 min by taxi. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. Shops, pharmacies, etc. are within a walking distance. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, very quickly resolved all issues that arose. Would recommend! Hope to be back again!

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

Stay here! I loved my 5 night stay — the apartment is centrally located, on an adorable street, and felt just like home. The balcony is great for relaxing. Eylin was incredibly responsive and friendly, and truly made my first trip to Yerevan unforgettable.

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

My staying at this place was my first and one of the best experiences in Yerevan. It was my first time in the city and the view of Yerevan from this place is incredible. I recommend it! Thanks for hosting me, guys!

I’ve spent a month in Eddi’s apartment in Yerevan. I highly recommend it. The apartment is spacious and has windows on both sides of the building. The interior nicely combines parquet floor, warm grey walls and carefully selected vintage furniture. A really nice vibe. BTW, there is an oven (which is not very common in Yerevan). There is a lot of storage space in numerous wardrobes. The apartment is located near a pretty lively spot in the center of Yerevan. The building itself is in a nice lane, and it’s really quiet in the apartment. There is a bunch of good restaurants nearby, and a supermarket just a minute away. Overall, anywhere you would like to go in the center of Yerevan is pretty close to this apartment. I never had to use a taxi. I also recommend the Lover’s park located just a short walk away from the apartment.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

I stayed at the apartment for a week and was pleasantly surprised by how well thought-out everything was. Inside, there’s everything one might need—from the basics like an induction cooktop, plates and pans, a washing machine, and even a special hanger with little pins :) for drying clothes on the balcony, to things you wouldn’t normally expect. For example, a strainer for berries or small fruits, which I found especially handy since they’re delicious and inexpensive during the summer in Armenia. There was even an umbrella, which turned out to be a lifesaver on a couple of rainy days—quite unexpected in Armenia’s usually dry climate. Alice, the host, was really helpful. We kept in touch, and she reached out in advance to let me know that the hot water would be turned off for a few hours one day (it was a building-wide issue, so out of her control) and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. The location is perfect for exploring the city—everything is within walking distance.

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.
