The studio apartment is located in one of the best districts of Yerevan – close to Zovq and Yeritsyan & Sons supermarket, Komitas Avenue. Metro's station is located in 7 minutes to walk. The guest can reach the restaurants Genatsvale, Antarain Dzayner, Koozh, and the cafeteria Jazzve in a couple of minutes. Close to the building are the fast food Shawarma, Tashir Pizza, a Candy shop, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and so on. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to stay comfortably.

1 bedroom and a living room apartment for 3-4 people, fully equipped (A/C, heating, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, etc.). Great location on a major intersection with grocery stores and a shopping mall, really close to the downtown (but with a lower level of noise :) For the past 3 years we have been not listing this apartment for personal use, since July 2024 we start again!
