Great place to stay! The outdoor space was better than the photos show and we had a really nice time hanging on the patios. Inside it was very roomy and slept two couples comfortably. Great location as well. A short walk down to lower gibsons on a quiet street.

Highly recommend staying in this place with Charlie as your host. It’s a beautiful setting, peaceful and private. Walking distance to the beach and really close to Gibson’s town. We spent a few nights here right after our wedding and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. A beautiful cabin, with a light and airy look and feel. We utilized the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge and all were amazing. We hope to come back again soon!

Super location - walkable to all services with trails literally on the property doorstep. House was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable with lots of places to lounge inside and out. Michelle and her husband were very friendly and excellent communicators.

We had a great stay - the huge windows and expansive deck take full advantage of the views! We found the location to be fantastic - quiet, near Lost Lake trail (2 minute drive or stroll down the road), convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants, amazing Nanaimo city parks, and the waterfront, where we had a fantastic whale watching afternoon with Vancouver Island Whale Watch. The home was extremely clean, which we really appreciated. There was ample parking, too. We enjoyed the sectional sofas on both levels for family game night and movie night. And, it was SO convenient to have a washer and dryer for washing our hiking clothes. We appreciated that there were basics, like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, salt and pepper, detergent and dryer sheets, that we have sometimes had to go out and buy when staying in other places. Nice touch!

The pictures really don’t do justice to how perfect the view is here- it is amazing!! We saw humpback whales jumping not even 200 yards from the deck, truly amazing! Vahid is also a very great and communicative host. He made sure to let us know when wildlife was in the vicinity. Highly recommend a stay here!

our stay in the studio of Genevieve was great. It had everything we needed in a calm neighborhood but close to the city. It was easy to find and park your car! Genevieve helped when needed en responded quickly to messages. Thank you very much again!

Excellent apartment in the heart of the city! Close to cafés, restaurants, the entertainment district, parks and the water. The interior was immaculate and comfortable, showing a lot of attention to detail. It has a wonderful view! Nida was very attentive and made the short stay very relaxing. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely weekend in lower Gibsons at Tess’s place. The place had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It is a small suite so I think just perfect for a couple. We love to be able to bring our dogs along too

I stayed at Julia and Mike’s while I was visiting friends in the Vancouver area. The space was beautiful, clean, quiet, and perfect for my quick trip. Their place easy to access and is served by two bus routes that were reliable. Julia and Mike were friendly and very responsive to messages. Would book again and I recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in North Vancouver!

Adam and Hanna's apartment provides for a lovely, peaceful stay. It is so close to beautiful parklands. shops, cafes, market and public transport. Also an easy walk to downtown Vancouver if one desired so. The apartment is in a secure and quiet block with lovely garden surroundings. Easy to enter and exit the apartment securely and in private. Adam was very accommodating permitting us to drop off our luggage pre-check in and to store it for a few hours post check-in. This was most helpful to us. This host and the apartment are highly recommended.

It’s a great place to stay. Nice and clean condo with keyless access! It was easy to find a spot to park right next to the condo. This place has everything you need for short and long stays. The host is very welcoming and replies quickly to the messages. Carmen proactively provided helpful information as well as an option to adjust check-in and check-out hours.

Daman was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout our stay. While the neighborhood isn’t the quietest - expect some sirens from a nearby station and the sounds of downtown nightlife - that’s not Daman’s fault. In fact, he thoughtfully provided disposable earplugs in the nightstand, which was a great touch. The Airbnb itself was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed: shampoo and conditioner, Q-tips, kitchen essentials, tape for mailing packages, garbage bags, plenty of towels, and more. These little conveniences made a big difference in the quality of our stay. The location is just a few blocks from the metro and within easy walking distance of tons of great shopping and dining.
