The apartment is a new production which was finished in the summer of 2018, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view. From the apartment you have a swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 minutes walking distance to the pier. Parking space is available in the garage under the property with elevator up to the apartment. When renting, bring your own bed linen and towels. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Age limit 25

Take the morning swim, follow the sunset from the cliffs or in the bay. Buy fresh seafood or why not fish your own dinner! The sea offers dramatic views in all weather, all year round! Amazing views of the sea from the mountains. Proximity to many interesting places along the Bohuskusten. The situation can't get any more amazing! Don't forget the fishing rod!

Enjoy the whole year in a unique picturesque setting. Quiet, walkable area with accommodation close to the sea about 100 meters to the beach. Downtown with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health centre, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or take Pick-nick at Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy from a distance the boats that pass by the Sea E6. The stillness prevails in the evening, but if nightlife is desired take a taxi boat from the center right up on Smögenbryggan with vibrant folklore in summer and stillness in winter.

The west coast, Bohuslän with warm cliffs red sea stalls, perfect fishing, water sports and exciting excursions – it's no wonder we head to this beautiful part of Västra Götaland, every year. Lesarstugan has the sea in front of it with jetties and boats. Here you can bring your coffee cup and go down to the jetty and have a morning or evening swim or just enjoy. Right in the corner of the house you can arrive at the fine Kuststigen, a hiking trail in various stages with well excellent managers.

100 meter till hav och bad i lilla fiskeläget Väjern. Havsutsikt från balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. 2-3 km promenad till Kungshamn och Smögen via fina motionsspår eller längs kustvägen. Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan. Golf, tennis, padel, wakeboard, vandringsleder och mycket annat inom tio minuters avstånd.
