Newly built cabin in stunning Holtardalen is rented. Put on the slalomskia and follow the trail from the cabin, or follow the cross-country trails into lovely Silkedalen. Beyond the cabin, there's also a great hill. Very nice location for families with children. The cabin is located 1000 meters in a popular area with good hiking possibilities summer and winter. Firewood must be brought , as this is the main heating. Guests must bring bedding and towels themselves. The tenant cleans after the stay. Laundry equipment is available in the cabin.

Socket apartment in newly built cabin completed in 2020. The cabin is located 970 mh, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Skiing/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and hiking trail east behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain into the silk valley. Short way to many fishing waters and nice bathing areas. The area is known for good ski conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of cross-country skiing, 18 lifts and 49 slopes. Common lift pass and ski bus between the hauls. HI My apartment is brilliant for families or skiing groups.In spring, summer and fall you can bike,hike,go rolling ski and fish in the area. Easy access to the Hovden Alpin senter, only 150 M away.There is also short distance to a Hovden Badeland (swimming pool) and shops.If you want a nice, cosy and easy stay in the mountains this is the place.I want to keep the price on a sensible level so you can enjoy Hovden and the surroundings without being skinned. NB! l do not provide bed linen/towels.

Hytta ligger på 1000 moh rett ved slalombakken i Holtardalen med ski in/out. Langrennsløyper i Silkedalen er kun 200 m unna, eller skli ned til løypene i bunnen av Holtardalen. På sommeren er det rett ut i flott turterreng. Nærmeste butikker er 10 minutter unna med bil til Rauland sentrum. Utvask av hytta kan gjøres selv (beskrivelse i hytteboka) eller mot en kostnad på 1500 kr (vaskefirma) Utsjekk er kl 1500, men kan også avtales på et senere tidspunkt dersom det ikke er ny pågående utleie.
