Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Houyet

We very much enjoyed our stay at Maison de Charme in the Ardennes. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Patrick, and there was even a nice soup ready in the fridge. The accommodation is attractively and cozily furnished. Good hygiene also helps you feel at home right away. There is a lovely (well-enclosed) garden where you can sit, and have plenty of space to play with the dog. You can easily park the car in front of the house. The area around the accommodation is beautiful, a few meters from the door you can follow several hiking trails. Walk 1 (Lavacherie-Bonne-Dame) along the viewpoint is really recommended! All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and we would love to come back!

A great beautiful apartment of 3 floors, located directly on the ourthe and super centrally located. The house is surprisingly spacious for a family of 4. We had fantastic weather and enjoyed it very much on the balcony. Wedon't have such a beautiful view at home. 😍 A real gem!

Nice in the contact. Beautiful location with large house for yourself in a beautiful place in nature. Stairs a little less easy for a visit with a baby but all the facilities were there.

Great location. Very close to restaurant and river front. Lots of places close by to visit. I stayed with my family including my two kids. Givet is closeby to Dinant, so we also visited Dinant and had dinner back in Givet.

Wonderful stay. The accommodation was well equipped, so we spent a lot of time there. It was spacious enough, very luxurious and well equipped. It was also all sparkling clean. The hosts were super friendly and responded quickly! Highly recommended and we would love to come back!

The stay at Nathalie's was very pleasant. We were there with seven guys and really enjoyed our time. The pool was great, but unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to make full use of it. Nathalie was a great and very friendly host. She gave us tips about the surrounding area, and communication was excellent. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Very friendly, informative and communicative owners, thanks Jenna and Alexandre. I spent a night in the apartments with my two daughters. We came for hiking nearby. Felt very comfortable inside and outside. Nice spacious area. Apartments equipped by all required, clean and cozy. I would recommend to add microwave oven, but not critical. Good internet wi-fi speed. I think a swimming pool and its description make slight confusion, as it's actually without heating, can barely be appropriate for swimming and keep 20-25 degree by itself if not hot days outside and apartments cost higher than comparable ones in the area - assume because of the pool, which wasn't a problem for us, but I would like to be honest here. We were in June, the temperature outside was 16-18 degree, water temperature around 15-17 degree. This won't prevent us to dive into it twice, but more as a 'Wim Hof' challange :) Thanks for a nice stay!

It was such a nice house, I went with friends and it was a nice place to relax and easy to walk to the town.

I can only recommend a stay in Daniela’s tiny house located deep in the nature. Together with my 2 young sons we had a relaxing weekend with great memories: the house is cosy with all the confort from your own house, the restaurant on site was very welcome upon our arrival the first evening, the swimming pool, football and basketball pitch kept us busy early morning and late evening while during the day we enjoyed the many things you can do in the region known for tourism and adventure sports. Last but not least as French people we love good food; 5 minutes away by car we found high quality bread, meat, fruits and cheese for nice breakfasts and dinners at the tinny house. A 5-star place we will keep in our favorites. See you very soon Daniela!

Had a brilliant time here, beautiful house and garden. Swimming pool & hot tub were a great addition. Perfect break for the two of us and Frédéric was the perfect host. Would highly recommend!

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Due to the location, you can have breakfast between the tree(summits). We had a wonderful week there. Beautiful terrace with good furniture. Modern furnishings, although the sofa is a bit soft. Bathroom and kitchen are neat. The A cottages have very steep stairs so take care of them really well. Stair gate available. Floor requires some maintenance (comes up). From the cottage you walk in 2.5 km to downtown Durbuy for an ice cream, mini golf, lunch at Sept or good coffee at the Garden Café. Bakery within walking distance 1.5 km, but then you walk along a dangerous road. Various facilities on the park that also make it fun for children (playgrounds, one of which is right behind the cottage; indoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, etc.). There is also a restaurant with a nice menu, friendly staff (also at the reception!) and they organized the week that we were there (quiet) live music. Charging points for EV (piece or 8) under construction and they will open soon.

My stay with Serge was wonderful. What a peace you find in the beautiful garden, within walking distance of Dinant and other beautiful places. Wonderful, I was able to completely relax!

I loved staying in the loft offered by Sandrine and Frédéric. The loft is very welcoming and lacks nothing. Everything has been planned to anticipate the needs, all the necessary equipment is available and much more. A guide with activities, restaurants and hikes is available, it is nice to have a real document to consult. Being in an old brick factory is really nice, the place is peaceful. Sandrine and Frédéric are welcoming hosts and the welcome bonus is nice. The surroundings are perfect for hiking. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation and I will gladly come back!

We were there with 6 adults and 3 small children for 5 days and celebrated a wonderful birthday there. A great house, superbly equipped in the kitchen area. Unfortunately, there was only 1 cot and 1 high chair, maybe you could be a little more flexible! And the discussion with the size of the duvet covers and sheets and renting the bed linen when using a double bed as a single person (here you have to book the bed linen for 2 people!) is probably very narrow-minded for such a great house and the price. But otherwise a very quiet location with a wonderful view, a fantastic whirlpool, which you have to heat up early enough and a billiard room round off this exclusive house very much! The house has everything necessary for a stay. Especially the kitchen is fully equipped. The surroundings are very pleasant and quiet. The host is very responsive to contact.

We have enjoyed our stay in this beautiful tree house. The peace and quiet immediately envelops you when you get out of the car and the birds sing to you. The cabin is cozy, modern, clean and cozy, and the surroundings made it possible to take a nice long walk. All in all a 10/10!

We had a great time. Celine is a very welcoming person and offers good advice. The house is spotless, on a very quiet street. It has everything you need for a small or large stay. The decor is done tastefully. The outside is pretty, peaceful and calm. Our cat loved the small courtyard and was able to admire the tits that gave their little ones food in one of the landscaped nests. We highly recommend it.

Caro & Andy are perfect hosts: welcoming, responsive and warm. Their place is charming and peaceful: if you are lucky enough to have good weather, the terrace will be perfect. We were 3 adults and had a lovely stay with the family. Thanks Caro & Andy 🙏🏼
