Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Houyet

Very charming farmhouse! Easy layout and plenty of space for everyone in the kitchen, dining room and living room. Fantastic garden and large terrace. The only downside: the mattress of the single bed for the ninth person is large enough for an adult but of inferior quality.

The little cottage is beautiful and stylish and high-quality. The many different light sources ensure absolute coziness. I particularly liked my own garden and the seating in front of the house. There is a lot of nature. You can park your car directly at the house. The cottage is at the back of the house where Claire lives. It has a separate entrance. The location is a great base for exploring the surroundings. The contact with Claire was very friendly and uncomplicated.

Fantastic communication from start to finish. The property exceeded expectations. The house is in an idyllic and quiet location. Away from the hustle and bustle. A beautiful home and place to relax. Fabienne, has definitely gone the extra mile with helping us have a pleasurable stay. The kitchen was stocked with a multitude of spices, dishwasher tablets etc, a barbecue and outside seating. A 10 minute motorcycle ride/drive from Bastogne. We would recommend this property and host to everyone.

Wonderful stay. The accommodation was well equipped, so we spent a lot of time there. It was spacious enough, very luxurious and well equipped. It was also all sparkling clean. The hosts were super friendly and responded quickly! Highly recommended and we would love to come back!

Very pleasant cottage, ten minutes drive from Ciney. The house is very cozy. The kitchen has everything you need and is the heart of the home. Our stay was too short to use all the facilities (sauna, jacuzzi,…), but everything was extremely clean and looked like new. Anne and Alain were extremely discreet and at the same time very approachable. Their dog is a real treasure and never barked. If we have to be in the area again, we will definitely come back. Recommended!

Entire cottage for a weekend "away from it all". No great luxury, but that is not necessary here either. Better than expected facilities in the kitchen, charming appearance. Henrickus always responds to every question and actively thinks about solutions if something goes wrong. Recommended for anyone who wants to get away from it all!

We had a wonderful stay!! The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet perfect for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location is also great, close to beautiful spots and lovely views. We’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and special getaway!

We enjoyed staying in the guesthouse of Geoffroy and Sophie. Geoffroy had received us kindly, showed us the house and what you could do in the vicinity. The place was great, with nice touches (wine, egg from the chickens and jam) on arrival. Our 3.5-year-old daughter had a good time in the sandbox, with the dogs and played with the grandchildren❤️. She was especially surprised that we could eat eggs from your chickens, making it taste extra good. We visited Namur/Namur and Leuven during our vacation what is worth visiting. I had a great stay! The studio was very spacious and tidy. Everything I needed was present and the check-in and check-out was very convenient. The owners were very accommodating.

The stay was very nice in terms of atmosphere, we could immediately relax and rest and sleep, the area is beautiful, the host super nice and helpful. I loved that everything is in respect with nature, from towels to soap, coffee filters, everything is present and ecological. I often sat in the garden with tea and my ukulele and even saw a fox. The most beautiful walks are in the area near the stream with the beavers. But we also loved hiking in La Hoegne near Spa. There are organic supermarkets nearby, spring water that you can drink within driving distance and a delicious restaurant of a young couple that is really recommended, the host will give you tips.

Patrick is a very welcoming, warm and very responsive host. the apartment is very cozy, you feel very good there, you have everything you need. the place is very quiet and relaxing, we were lucky to be able to enjoy the outdoors a little. great stay, we will be happy to come back if we have to go to Belgium.

A pleasant and very well-equipped accommodation, kept in an impeccably clean condition, a very friendly welcome. We had a great weekend and enjoyed the surroundings of Poupehan both for the hiking landscapes and for the visit of Bouillon and its castle. It was such a nice house, I went with friends and it was a nice place to relax and easy to walk to the town.

We were for a weekend there and everything was perfect. We were in love with this place. I hope that one day i will come back, maybe in winter 🫠 I was looking so long for a place like that and finally i found one. I already recommend to my friends to come too!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was a bit smaller than it appears in the photos. The space is difficult to estimate from the photos. But there was everything they needed to make it a relaxed weekend. There is a clear and complete guide available with a lot of information for your stay. Nice welcome basket for our dog. Well-equipped kitchen, nice products in the bathroom. A pellet stove is a great asset. This stay is highly recommended!

I can only recommend a stay in Daniela’s tiny house located deep in the nature. Together with my 2 young sons we had a relaxing weekend with great memories: the house is cosy with all the confort from your own house, the restaurant on site was very welcome upon our arrival the first evening, the swimming pool, football and basketball pitch kept us busy early morning and late evening while during the day we enjoyed the many things you can do in the region known for tourism and adventure sports. Last but not least as French people we love good food; 5 minutes away by car we found high quality bread, meat, fruits and cheese for nice breakfasts and dinners at the tinny house. A 5-star place we will keep in our favorites. See you very soon Daniela!

The four of us had a wonderful week at this beautiful spot right on the river. From your own terrace you look out over the domain, with a flowing stream, fine trampolines and playground for the children, a fire pit to roast marshmallows, a cozy scrambling pony, a nice swimming pool for the necessary cooling, and especially lots of greenery and tranquility. The cottage is clean, spacious and has nice beds. The owners are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. You can also order delicious aperoshotels, wines and breakfast/lunch baskets from them. Behind the cottage you can walk into the woods. You could also very well stay here with several families or groups; there are several gites for rent and also a nice chateau. We have enjoyed it!
