Our beautiful house is just a 2-minute walk from a small lake. The area is characterized with several parks and plenty of child friendly playgrounds. It is a big house with garden, close to the city. A hidden gem. This cosy 50m2 house is located next to the historic Munt building and a beautiful park, 15min walk from central station. You'll be awakened by the birds and then you can go for a refreshing dip in the water. The house has everything for a comfortable stay; fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, living room and private bathroom. The house is on our property near our house but you have your own entrance and key and full privacy. baby cot and 2 bicycles are available.

Adorable 1915 house in charming neighbourhood

Feel right at home in our newly renovated house, built in 1915. The atmosphere is warm, stylish and with a touch of the old character - such as the 100 year old wooden beams in the bedroom. After parking your car for free in front of the door, get yourself to the city centre of Utrecht within 10 minutes from the busstop in front of the house!
