Our stay was absolutely lovely! The house offers a beautiful view of Hout bay Harbour and Beach. You can easily and safely walk down the street to the beach, to the main road. We stayed as a family with a 2 year old child and had a wonderful stay. The equipment in the house was sufficient. The location is quite windy but that is Cape Town and Hout bay. Carrie was a great host and offered all the help You need. Thanks again!

This lovely place in Hout Bay was the perfect retreat for a long-overdue girls trip with my best friend. The space is serene, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed—from the private pool to the mountain views. Gail was a warm, attentive host. Highly recommend!

The pictures are beautiful, but you really have to be there to appreciate it. The views are breathtaking, and the sunsets are absolutely majestic. The house is perfectly designed — whether you want to chill out on your own or enjoy the middle-floor entertainment area for a dinner, a braai, and sundowners on the deck. It has everything you could need — inverters for power, balconies on every level, and even a beautiful little private trail in the backyard if you’re keen for a stroll. I just wish we could have stayed longer! Also, Tim is a fantastic host — incredibly helpful and welcoming.

This serene and spacious apartment is bright, sunny and with a spectacular view over the harbour of Kalk Bay and False Bay. We love Kalk Bay and its walkability, restaurants, boho boutiques, and nearby natural ocean tidal swimming pools. This apartment is the answer!

What a beautiful house - so well equipped and stylish as well as being homely. The views are splendid and the balcony a treat. I accomodated nine of us with ease both in the bedrooms offered and in the living spaces. We would love to return one day.

Our family had a memorable stay at Bas' home for a week. The home catered for every need we had especially keeping our 10 year old and 1 year old girls entertained with lots of play options. Arjan, our host, was super proactive and even got us a new microwave pronto when the current one malfuntioned. The neighbourhood is great with Chapman's peak drive and Hout Bay right at your doorstep. Fully equipped home and lots of local action avilable to explore. Truly a gem in Hout Bay.

The home was as advertised: spotless, comfortable, beautiful facilities and decorated with no clutter. There was an added bonus of the beach being a few metres away. Paul was a perfect host. He communicated with us well before our trip and was readily available to us during our stay. We will definitely be coming back.

BEAUTIFUL AND LUXURIOUS! Our family was very impressed with this home. Very modern, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. We can’t wait to return. Love all the en-suite bathrooms, beds are comfortable, great space to accommodate larger travel groups. The ocean view from the upper deck was stunning. We almost didn’t want to explore around because we enjoyed the home so much! Walkable to many places, safe, secure, and Odette and Bella were very kind!

Absolutely loved our stay! Every room in this place offers a view, but the living room view is truly unbeatable—you can see Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Robben Island, and the ocean all at once. The top-floor room shares the same stunning panorama. Staying here made me want to move to Cape Town! The neighborhood is both secure and peaceful, exactly as it appears on the website. The home itself is even more beautiful in person. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town. An unforgettable experience!

It was the most beautifulf home in the most beautiful setting, with views of Chapman's Peak and the ocean and a calming home to view them from. The house is well-located and walking distance from the beach, restaurant and shops making it an easy location to stay with kids or guests not wanting to drive far. We enjoyed morning runs up Chapman's Peak and coffee breaks at local coffee bars. The house was clean, generous in space and beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was always available for a quick query. We highly recommend this spot!

I had a wonderful restful and peaceful stay at Tara and James's cottage. The bed is comfortable with good linen and pillows. Tara was very attentive, responsive and proactive which I appreciated.

The apartment has amazing views and breathtaking sunsets. The apartment has a great flow and is perfect for a family. It is walking distance to many restaurants as well as the beach. It is a great holiday home and has everything you need. The hosts are responsive and assist wherever possible. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely be back to stay again.
