Apartment holiday rentals in Hout Bay

Thanks for an excellent stay. These apartments are just as lovely as they look in the photos. Very pretty area and spectacular views from both apartments. We stayed five nights as a family of four and next time I would stay one week. We found it a convenient base for exploring Cape Town and the region. Very safe and secure and we got a warm and friendly welcome from Harrison. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen in the lower apartment is excellent and well equipped. Loved the electric blankets. If you get warm weather, dining out on the deck of the upstairs apartment would be incredible!

Enjoyed our second stay in the complex but first stay in Sven’s apartment. Enjoyed the spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. Great views of the bay made you want to enjoy more balcony time and relax.

Fabulous airy loft apartment with gorgeous views out of every window as well as the balcony. Lots of storage space in the kitchen and bedroom and lovely big pool in a beautiful tropical garden. Very quiet and peaceful! Michael was a pleasure to deal with and always very quick to respond! Would love to come back again soon!

What a gem of a place. We had such a beautiful stay for my wife’s birthday weekend. The views are amazing, it was cold and Mandy made sure we had ample wood to just stay inside in the evenings and enjoy the fireplace. Mandy was a fantastic fantastic host and she baked a fresh cake for my wife. We are definitely come back in the summer.

This house was literally incredible—I would’ve slept on the floor just to soak in those views and the amazing vibes! Luckily, I didn’t have to because the rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The host went above and beyond, with so many thoughtful extras for our day trips—binoculars, books, beach towels, umbrellas, you name it. The kitchen was fully equipped, the speakers made for a perfect soundtrack to our evenings, and having our own driveway was a huge plus (we were worried about parking the rental on the street). A close drive to so many attractions and right next to the beach. A truly magical experience from start to finish, picture perfect and extremely romantic (but also wholesome, I don't know how they've done it!!)—can’t recommend it enough!

We had a great stay in Noordhoek. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The location was really nice, close to the beach and nice restaurants but still quiet and private. Communication with Réana was great; she responded quickly and provided clear instructions for check-in and gave recommendations for the area.

Tania was extremely accommodating of our late arrival, which I am very grateful for. The apartment was also very clean and well fitted for our needs. Will definitely be staying here again if I’m ever back in Hout bay.

What a beautiful home away from home! I absolutely loved everything in Justine & Terence’s place, so tastefully designed. It is extremely spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The personal guide is detailed and has great tips for exploring the area. It’s not often you find such a calming oasis within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the company gardens or parks. Justine is a fantastic host, very quick to communicate and provide all the info I needed for a seamless self check-in. I highly recommend a stay here!

Tim‘s apartment is immaculate! Amazing property, lovely apartment, stunning garden with all the wildlife (we met several peacock families, turtles and George, the cutest Labrador) and the most helpful host who has thought of EVERYTHING. We stayed with our two kids and were visited by our mother-in-law and had the best time. Well equipped, safe area, perfect location and also the aircon was a nice bonus compared to our previous accommodation. We will definitely see you again, Tim, thanks again so much!

Peter was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He made every effort to accommodate all the special requests we had for my elderly parents, which made a big difference to their experience. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described, if not better. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Hazel’s place is beautiful, well stocked and located within minutes to the beach and lots of restaurants. The place is spacious and clean. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location, opposite the beach and close to shops and restaurants, as well as a 5km walk to the city. Perfectly set up for guests with every amenity you could want or need. Truly nothing could be improved.

This place was very homey. Darren was very responsive but actually there was nothing to respond to. Everything was perfect. We loved hout bay and wanted to stay longer but unfortunately it was already booked. I will come back next year! Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Cape Town! The place was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made check-in and check-out hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cape Town and would happily stay here again!

The place was lovely, exactly as described. Everything is super modern, and well maintained. And, the service was very good, Janine and Rachel were extremely responsive as hosts, and any small niggles were well taken care of.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We have nothing to complain about the quality of the services offered by the host.

Great location. Close to everything you need. The apartment felt safe & secure. We hired a car and there was secure underground parking included within the stay. The host was available throughout the stay.

Jane is wonderful and so was the accommodation! Unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the swimming pool. Great location and to watch the ocean in the morning over a cup of coffee, a treat. Cannot recommend Jane and the accompanying highly enough. Thank you Jane for helping us enjoy our last couple of days in SA.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Waking up, opening the curtains and watching the sun rise over the sea, whilst sipping a morning coffee was truly special. He best start to the day. A fantastic base to explore from and it was lovely to come back to and relax at the end of the day, felt very homely.

Johannes is a wonderful host, he greeted us and walked through the apartment with us. He made us feel at home. The apartment is stunning with a beautiful view that you don’t want to leave. We look forward to staying again.

Great stay in Hout Bay with nice private pool area including terrace, sunbeds and yard. Walk to the beach is 5 minutes and groceries are within 2 minutes walking. Communication with the hosts was efficient and check-in as well as check-out were done very smoothly. Some of the windows do not close all the way and since there was extreme winds during our stay we got lots of sand and dust in the apartment. That was a rare occasion though. All in all we loved our stay an would definitely recommend this place to others.
