Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Houmt Souk

We had a great time! The house was very nice, and the pool is a big plus. The host was very responsive and welcomed us very well. Thanks to him, we were even able to call on a cook who prepared us a delicious couscous. Thanks for our stay!

We stayed at this villa for five nights and had a wonderful time. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and BBQ were great additions that we really enjoyed. Having our own rental car made it convenient to explore the area.

I rent a villa in Djerba every summer and this villa is really beautiful, it matches its description exactly. Brand new and very well-equipped! Nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. The owner is attentive to her guests. The on-site staff is available and very kind, a big thank you to Samira and her husband. Villa that I would really recommend.

This place was amazing. The photos matched what we were looking for. The house had everything we needed, every kitchen utensils pot and pans, towels, etc. It had a washer and place to dry our clothes, as well. Which was important since we stayed with my family (3kids) and grandparents there was enough room for everyone to enjoy the house. The garden and pool were our favorite part. We were close to a few things but a taxi or car was our best option to get around Djerba to enjoy. Younes was very responsive and handle all of our questions and concerns quickly. We will be back for even longer next time!

As part of our parental leave, we stayed with our children (4 years & 5 months) for 2 weeks in this accommodation. The furnishings are maximally baby-friendly with a private bathtub, high chair and baby bed - just to name a few. The pool is pleasantly large and is very suitable for swimming. Unfortunately, a few mosaic tiles are missing and there is no area flat enough for children except the stairs. But that was okay with us. Twice a week, someone comes and takes care of the garden and the pool in detail and lovingly. The kitchen was great, all the appliances worked wonderfully and we mostly cooked ourselves. Alternatively, there is a small grocery store, a café and, more recently, a small restaurant with street food and pizza, all within a 5-10 minute walk. We would still recommend a car to get to the nearby beach (Sidi Mahrez) and to a larger supermarket (Al Jazira). 5 minutes' drive each.

Our stay at this villa was amazing, we had a pleasant time with the family. The cleanliness and calm of the villa was at the rendezvous. Great location, we had restaurants and the souk is a 5 minute walk! Me who follows a fearful little girl, insects were not welcome 😂 Chaoukri is an exceptional host who made us feel at home. I highly recommend this villa that made our vacation even more peaceful.

This property is beautiful, the garden is stunning with fairy lights for the evening, very clean and within 2 minutes walking distance of Houmt Souk markets, such a fabulous property for the price, will definitely return

Very good responsiveness from Ranya to requests by message. Free transfer from the airport to the villa despite our late arrival. Very nice host, he kindly gave us change to help us out, suggested places to visit, etc. The Villa matches the photos and description. Very clean and good location, 10 min walk to the Souk. Thanks for this stay, the pool was lovely!

Good location and large apartment

As pictured - great spot. Internet was fantastic. Coffee/water/soft drinks on premise. Close walk to beach and handful of solid restaraunts. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay in Djerba at Nadia's place. We had a chance to meet his family. They were all very welcoming and we loved sharing a few moments with them. The accommodation is great and very well decorated. Looking forward to seeing you again, we hope to stay in Djerba again, maybe with our family this time! Thank you for everything!

I wanted to thank Monia because her accommodation is very nice! The exterior is very pretty and the apartment is very cute! Monia is a very responsive host if we have any questions! Thank you! Just a small point is the lack of taxis in the area, sometimes you can find them quickly and easily, sometimes not, but if not, nothing to complain about! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay. The apartment "la folla" is functional with its 2 huge balconies including a view that overlooked the pool. The pool is just perfect! And there are no imposed schedules, so this is really appreciable. Next to the pool there is a trampoline and a swing. The location is really great, not far from the tourist area. Just next door on foot you can find a cafe and a small grocery store. The apartment is air conditioned. Small downside simply for the bedding which is a little hard for my taste.But it's personal. Very good memories of this family stay. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Sana was very friendly and supportive, the apartment and the pool very clean. The only thing that is important to know: to reach the nearest beach you need to take a taxi or drive a car if you rent one, as it is located in around 6-8km from the apartment. It was a bit sad to find out that you can’t just go to the beach and swim :) but apart from that I really enjoyed this place!

Beautiful place and centrally located, about a 20 minute walk from the old town center. Very quiet and relaxed area. Pool and room were amazing!

a great place to rent in Djerba!

This is such an incredibly beautiful Airbnb, and absolutely incredible value for money. It felt like our own slice of heaven. The outside area is especially beautiful, even better than the photos! The only negative was it was difficult to find as it is in quite a non-distinctive part of Tezdaine - the taxi driver couldn’t find it for over half an hour and the map pin kept changing location. However Monia was really responsive and available to help via phone whenever we needed her. Will definitely be coming back, feels like a home away from home.
