House holiday rentals in Houmt Souk

A modern and clean house. Great for spending time with your family. Suitable for those looking for privacy. It is only a 20 minute walk to the beach of Hotel El Jezzira, which we accidentally discovered. On this beach the open lunch buffet costs only 70 dinars between 10 am and 6 pm, unlimited drinks and even the use of the pool. The only problem is that the hotel is far from the center, but in this case the owner's nice father is always there for you and he is there for you too. He always takes us where we want to go and always gives us information about the region. It was a lot of fun to chat with. We had a great time here. Thank you

We had a great time! The house was very nice, and the pool is a big plus. The host was very responsive and welcomed us very well. Thanks to him, we were even able to call on a cook who prepared us a delicious couscous. Thanks for our stay!

I rent a villa in Djerba every summer and this villa is really beautiful, it matches its description exactly. Brand new and very well-equipped! Nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. The owner is attentive to her guests. The on-site staff is available and very kind, a big thank you to Samira and her husband. Villa that I would really recommend.

This place was amazing. The photos matched what we were looking for. The house had everything we needed, every kitchen utensils pot and pans, towels, etc. It had a washer and place to dry our clothes, as well. Which was important since we stayed with my family (3kids) and grandparents there was enough room for everyone to enjoy the house. The garden and pool were our favorite part. We were close to a few things but a taxi or car was our best option to get around Djerba to enjoy. Younes was very responsive and handle all of our questions and concerns quickly. We will be back for even longer next time!

As part of our parental leave, we stayed with our children (4 years & 5 months) for 2 weeks in this accommodation. The furnishings are maximally baby-friendly with a private bathtub, high chair and baby bed - just to name a few. The pool is pleasantly large and is very suitable for swimming. Unfortunately, a few mosaic tiles are missing and there is no area flat enough for children except the stairs. But that was okay with us. Twice a week, someone comes and takes care of the garden and the pool in detail and lovingly. The kitchen was great, all the appliances worked wonderfully and we mostly cooked ourselves. Alternatively, there is a small grocery store, a café and, more recently, a small restaurant with street food and pizza, all within a 5-10 minute walk. We would still recommend a car to get to the nearby beach (Sidi Mahrez) and to a larger supermarket (Al Jazira). 5 minutes' drive each.

Perfect stay! Onsi is an exceptional host, very welcoming and always available when needed. The house is great, clean, comfortable and as described. We live right next door, so if there are any concerns or questions, he's here to help quickly. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back! Special mention for Rim who gave me all his address and taxi book so I can enjoy my trip!!

Pleasant stay at Manel's, who is a great host, responsive and attentive. She was not present on site, but easily reachable and always ready to give information and explanations. And even the person who welcomed us (a relative of Manel's) was very kind and attentive. He informed us a lot about the area and gave us a lot of advice on good deals in Djerba. Otherwise, the accommodation was impeccable in terms of cleanliness, comfort and safety. Pool was very clean too. Manel also made the effort to provide us with a baby bed for our little one as soon as we asked. Frankly, we enjoyed our stay in a spacious, pleasant and peaceful home. Thanks to Manel and everyone involved in maintaining the home! I would recommend it in a second!

We are very happy with our stay, the communication with Fatma was perfect, the accommodation was as in the photos, even better: simply beautiful! Very functional, clean accommodation, very good bedding. I highly recommend, unbeatable value for money! We'll be back!

Samir and Ahmed were super welcoming and available, and can be trusted. Our child fell ill during our stay, they were very helpful, we thank them. Everything was great in the house and garden. I'd love to come back on our next visit.

House up to what we expected, clean, quiet. the pool is superb. Just a small downside to the dishes that should be renewed otherwise everything went very well. Donia is a very responsive and attentive host. We had a hot water problem, a message to Donia and in the minutes that followed it was fixed. Stupidly the hot water switch that was down🤣. I really recommend it. I'd be happy to go back again. The villa is peaceful and easy to access. A car or taxi is essential for travel. Large area, pharmacy, restaurant nearby. Overall, I have nothing to say, we had a great time. Very good quality price. I'll be happy to go back.

I enjoyed my stay in the calm and local neighborhood. The accommodation has been as described and totally worth for what you pay. I recommend renting a car as it can take some time to find a taxi nearby.

Great stay at Adil's. Very responsive. Very quiet accommodation and great pool. Rooms overlooking the pool are soothing. Not far from the souk and the capital, it was perfect. They are very accommodating for everything. We recommend it and we'll be back. Thank you.

Our stay at this villa was amazing, we had a pleasant time with the family. The cleanliness and calm of the villa was at the rendezvous. Great location, we had restaurants and the souk is a 5 minute walk! Me who follows a fearful little girl, insects were not welcome 😂 Chaoukri is an exceptional host who made us feel at home. I highly recommend this villa that made our vacation even more peaceful.

This property is beautiful, the garden is stunning with fairy lights for the evening, very clean and within 2 minutes walking distance of Houmt Souk markets, such a fabulous property for the price, will definitely return

Staying in Emmanuelle's beautiful villa, in the heart of Djerbahood, allowed us to experience the island like real Djerbahoodians. The rooms are spacious, clean and finely furnished. The pool and patio are a perfect place to relax and share with friends. The place is even more beautiful than the photos, you sleep peacefully away from the chaos of the resorts and the souk. Emmanuelle proved to be very kind and super helpful for any need: tips, reservations for beaches and restaurants,… it is the perfect solution for a group of friends who want to fully experience Djerba! As a last favorable point: the taxi station is very close and to reach it you walk among beautiful murals! Merci Emmanuelle! 😊

The villa is simply beautiful, a real cocoon ideal for resting in peace. The swimming pool without a view is a real plus, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. We had an amazing stay there, probably the best one in Tunisia! Achraf was very friendly and helpful, location in Djerbahood was perfect to look around, house was well equiped and clean, rooms were spacious and it was so good to dive in the private pool on the property! It was sad we just had to stay there only one night, hope to come back soon!

Nonetheless our late check in the host was available to wait us. The house was clean and very authentic in the heart of Djerbahood.
