Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Houmt Souk

The place was perfect, the house is so vast and there was more than enough room for the 6 of us, it was properly cleaned and looked after, the size of the pool was so convenient, there were floaties all around for those with kids, there was even a container for babies to play in, the garden was so vast and had enough space and lights for activities such as a family dinner in the day or at night, the rooms and the kitchen had everything we needed, the ACs worked properly, there were 3 showers including a jacuzzi and finally the host was very responsive and each time we contacted him he provided the needed service we were in no way disturbed or uncomfortable. One of the best experiences we've ever had as a family and I would highly recommend any family or a group of friends visiting Djerba to stay at this incredible Villa as it was really worth the amount spent booking it.

Excellent stay very good quiet and peaceful location. We had a very nice and pleasant stay ,we had a broken stroller problem when we arrived, Karim's brother did not hesitate for a second to lend us a stroller

We were looking for a place both quiet and close to bustling and tourist areas and this place was a great fit for our needs. The separate master suite allowed us to keep our privacy even while staying with the family😁. The area is really quiet for good nights of sleep, at the same time it was only a kilometer or two from most amenities, restaurants and the like. It is a 5-15 minute drive from the main sights. The pool is cleaned almost every day and allowed us a nice refresh, during the warm and windy afternoons😉. We had no problem getting the keys to the place and everyone took care of us. Our host was very responsive, kind, and responded quickly to our messages. In short, we highly recommend choosing Florian and Henia's place for stays in Djerba ❤️😊

A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment was spotless, very well decorated and as described. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal, close to everything, while being quiet and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. Special mention for the host, who was extremely welcoming, responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Again, thank you for this beautiful experience, we will come back without hesitation!

Accommodation located in a really ideal location, 15 minutes' walk from the beach, close to a busy main road where you can easily find taxis, day and night. Very welcoming and warm host, always available. Pool cleaning done discreetly by a very respectful person (came one morning without any disturbance). The villa is really spacious and pleasant, I highly recommend it! The exterior is a real asset, with no neighbors opposite!

Very nice house and well-equipped as described, very clean, large and beautiful pool. We had a lovely stay, our two daughters loved the large pool as well as the comfort of the rooms and bedding. We are very satisfied with our stay, we have already recommended the villa to our friends and family for their next stays in Djerba. very nice quiet location if you have a car. easy to drive to all tourist places . pretty villa ,very Tunisian, huge garden lots of places to relax outside in privacy. would recommend to a large family who want to enjoy time together.

Quiet house, good quality, with all amenities (kitchen, air conditioning, private pool, garden furniture, etc.) But above all, I would remember Salim's kindness, who will speak to you with love about his house that he did in the traditional Djerbian style and which will undoubtedly make you love his house

We had a wonderful time in Maher’s home on Djerba for the month January. This is a large, two story home with 3 master bedrooms, all with large closets and private bathrooms. There is also a 1/2 bath on the lower level. The pool area is nice, the pool was always clean even though it was too cold for us to swim. It was wintertime with cool temperatures though it was always hot and sunny by the pool. The washing machine works well and there is an outdoor clothes line. There were very few tourists in January and it was peaceful everywhere. Lots of restaurants were closed. We spent many afternoons on the outdoor sofa at The Sunset Bar drinking pints of local beer. We loved the local markets in Houmt Souk, on Monday morning, and Midoun on Friday morning. Mabruk, the caretaker, lives in the tiny house on the property. He is a very nice man who will help you with anything you need. Thanks, Maher, we loved our time in Djerba.

A villa that is unanimous!! Everything was perfect from the beginning of our stay to the end. A secure home, close to shops, the city center, beaches... I'll come back and would recommend it without hesitation 🤍
