Love Darren’s place. It’s very peaceful and private. The cabin very cute. We enjoy oysters right from the backyard. The only issue is the road little scared to drive. Overall nice place to get away. Thanks Darren!

Perfect spot for my weekend retreat with my partner. Cozy, beautiful, and serene with so much wildlife to enjoy. Especially enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while looking up at the trees and listening to the forest sounds. Check in was super easy. Bed is very comfortable. It is a small cabin and the bed loft is in a small space at the top of a ladder, so may not be the best fit for larger folks or those who have mobility issues, but worked great for me and my partner.

My wife and I spent a week at Pinecone Cottage and had the most amazing time. The lake is serene and picturesque and the cabin itself was fantastic. We ended up staying in most days instead of going into town, and loved every single second relaxing in the house. I would absolutely come back the moment I am able as this is a fantastic location for a truly relaxing and peaceful vacation.

This was our 2nd time staying here - we love it! A great spot for a family getaway. Melinda is easy to communicate with and the house has everything you need, all for a fair price. Would love to stay again!

If you want a location that gives you the sense of seclusion and provides you with great amenities to relax and unwind, then this is it. With two younger kids the bunk beds on the upper level were perfect and the king bed on the lower level was comfortable. The house was clean and had what you need to make for an easy stay. The hot tub was a hit, and the there are plenty of water craft options to enjoy the lake. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Extremely nice place with a gorgeous view in a wonderful area. Loved the stove in the kitchen. Super sharp knives, great pots and pans, high end appliances in general. Comfortable beds, easy to turn on fire and heat source, great deck and basically everything you could need to decompress and unwind in a beautiful beach setting. Wonderful shower, great wood furniture and Pendleton blankets.

We've had a great time in Tari's cottage. It was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and the fireplace was a great bonus. We also loved walking the neighborhood and trails. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We loved our stay at The Hideaway! The property is peaceful and spacious with plenty to do. The hot tub and sauna were perfect after exploring the trails, and the game room was a fun bonus. Claire was a great hosts who made everything easy and welcoming. A great escape in a beautiful setting!

My husband and I stayed for four nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We saw a few deer (male and female) and couple of chipmunks while at the cabin. Perfect for a staying in if you need a retreat from the city but also a great place to come "home" to after a day of exploring. There are plenty of hikes and parks to visit within an hours drive. We hope to come back someday!

My husband found this rental about six months ago while watching the Salish Sasquatch on YouTube. He showed me the listing and I kept it in the back of my mind as his 50th birthday was coming up and it looked like a fun place for the family celebration. Our stay at this vacation rental was nothing short of amazing! Though remote and completely off-grid, the home was stocked with everything we could possibly need—and more. It’s clear that an extraordinary amount of care and thought has gone into making this space not only functional, but comfortable (even luxurious!), and most of all memorable. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches are what truly set this rental apart, beginning with the warm in-person welcome. The setting is peaceful, private, and the view stunning. The outdoor spaces were perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, games, and fires under the stars. We absolutely loved it and cant wait to share the experience of this stay with others.

Conlin was super proactive in making sure everything was ready for me before we arrived. During our stay there he checked in to make sure nothing was wrong and we had everything we needed. His place is serene and peaceful. It was fathers day so we mostly hung out in the hot tub and in the movie room. My husband enjoyed the big screen tv. One other favorite during our stay is the massage/zero gravity bed. We never experienced one before so it gave us the opportunity to enjoy this. We would DEFINETLY come back to the property!

Such a beautiful little cabin. Amenities were amazing. The space was utilized well. Private beach down the road. The bedding was super comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We we're looking to get away into some nature and out of the day-to-day grind. Shannon's place was perfect. Esp loved having my morning coffee outside on the wrap around deck that made you feel like you were in the treetops so you could listen and watch the birds. The fire pit was fun for s'mores and relaxing. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were labeled nicely to help navigate while finding things you might need. The house was spotless, clutter free while still having creature comforts to relax. Lake Cushman was close enough to have day hikes to enjoy more nature. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Molly was the most helpful host, the drive way sneaks up on you but if you read all the items before check in youll know exactly what to look for. The photos Molly provided were so helpful and she was extremely understanding and responsive. The space was absolutely PEACEFUL and perfect for families. The amount of items left for guests to use made everything very simple, lifejackets in all sizes including little pups, kitchen items and plenty of towels. If you can't figure something out through pictures or the check in binder, Molly is right there friendly and ready to help.

wow what a fantastic cabin! it's utterly beautiful, magical, gorgeous and just amazing. the additional extras such as toiletries, oil, herbs, coffee, tea etc made it SO much easier and meant I had things on hand easily for the children and us adults. plenty of towels etc, everywhere was very clean and lots of utensils for cooking etc. we loved getting the fire going (only did it once as it was pretty hot temps when we stayed!) and Kirstin was easily contactable and helped advice with ferry times etc. fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book again!

Wonderful stay! Some street noise from the busy road and gas station across the street, but the location is ideal for walkability to all of Hoodsport’s main attractions, and being right on the water was amazing! The house is super clean, modern, and well-appointed. Kerry was super responsive to any questions we had.

This home was fabulous! The photos don't do the view justice! The home was clean and cozy and she had everything we needed, including a small cooler for day adventures, which was a great touch! We were so appreciative of such a responsive host - Andrea went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay! We were sad to leave and next time hope to stay a full week! Paradise!!

Tom's Little Gemma cabin is wonderful, and just what I needed. It was quiet and peaceful and provided the perfect spot for my little sabbatical retreat. The table was a great workspace with a view of the green, grassy meadow with wildflowers popping up here & there. Sitting on the deck I saw a variety of birds taking a dip in the birdbath or nibbling on a local plant. The cabin is so cozy and comfortable! I loved sitting in the comfy chair reading my book and enjoyed a few naps as well. The cabin and the bathroom were both clean and the little fridge allowed me to pick up a few groceries for the week, which was great. Tom was a great host and was always available if I needed him. Even with a small question, he responded quickly and was so helpful. I will definitely stay at Little Gemma again. Thanks for a great week, Tom!

Such a cute and cozy home, very welcoming! The beds were very comfortable and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The local grocery store had wonderful pastries and the local coffee shop had delicious coffee, a must go if you stay here! The hosts were very accommodating and even worked with us on recovering some items we accidentally left behind, very kind.

The pictures don’t do it justice! This place is so nice. We were blown away by the house and location. There was plenty of room for my family of five, and the views of the water, the sunsets, and the mountains in the distance from the deck were stunning.

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our 4 day trip to the PNW and Kyle’s place was the perfect home away from home. The views from the living room are absolutely stunning and make for a very cozy ambiance. We made our own dinners every night and the cabin was very accommodating. We had all the cookware and appliances to make the same meals we enjoy at home. The grocery store in Hoodsport has everything you’ll need! Some recommendations: 1. There’s a beautiful overlook of Lake Cushman just down the street that we’d recommend visiting any time of day 2. Hoodsport Coffee Co. - Great drinks - If you want a good lunch or light dinner the sandwiches are perfect 3. For Hiking: - Lower Lena Lake Trail (40 minute drive) - Staircase Loop (30 minute drive) - The welcome binder is a great guide if you are planning to do any hikes/visit parks. Kyle’s instructions made our stay so easy we didn’t even have to ask additional questions. The entire experience was refreshingly seamless!
