Beautiful spot by the lake! Everything was clean, inviting, and thoughtfully set up. Steve was a responsive and considerate host throughout. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a scenic, comfortable retreat.

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable beach cabin! The place was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with charming coastal touches that made it feel like a true getaway. We loved being just steps away from the beach. The cabin had everything we needed—comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a peaceful outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The host was kind, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet, and scenic place to unwind, this beach cabin is a gem. Our dogs love it and we can’t wait to come back!

The view here is absolutely phenomenal! We anticipated it being beautiful; however, you can’t even imagine until you walk into the home. Every glance, you will be in complete awe. The hot tub on the deck is obviously a wonderful feature, but every person in the house seemed to equally like the shower. We left researching how to redo our shower at home, ha! We already ordered the same bathroom towels. Absolute heavenly linens in our opinion. The shore is a short walk from the house. My son loved walking down & was ecstatic when he found several whole seashells on the beach. A few things we did not utilize; however, took notice of: The fully stocked kitchen, the thought that the hosts put into making it a place for families to enjoy, IE: high chairs, mini blinds tied up high, toys, family friendly movies, ect. And several heaters & fans to accommodate various household temps. It was also very clean for being pet friendly which is hard to find. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Ostrich nest was great! Right on the water, with plenty of amenities and a fantastic outdoor space to take advantage of. We kayaked around the island in about 95 leisurely minutes using the provided kayaks and paddles. A/C was available but not needed - yet good to know it was there. The kitchen had everything you'd expect from a short term rental as well. All in all, it was a good weekend.

We had such a lovely stay here over the Easter weekend – it was everything we hoped for and more! The house is clean, beautifully kept, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. It’s one of those rare places that feels even better in person than in the pictures. It had everything we could possibly need – and then some. The hosts were simply wonderful – super friendly, accommodating, and just really easy to talk to. They made the whole experience feel warm and personal, not distant or transactional in any way. They even let us check in early and check out late, which made a huge difference for us with kids. Our days were filled with beach walks, seafood harvesting adventures, backyard chill time, and gorgeous sunsets. It felt like a perfect little reset from our busy lives. We were also celebrating our daughter’s 4th birthday during the stay, and she had an absolute blast. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Dale & Carol.

Wow! First of all and second of all, what an amazing home! When I walked in the front door and saw the gorgeous views inside and out of this exceptional home, I knew it was going to be the best stay ever! Everything we could ever wish for as far as amenities and attention to detail were in every room. My bestie and I were so amazed at the thoughtfulness in each room. From coloring books & markers and games in the living room, every kind of cookware imaginable in the kitchen, bathrooms stocked with an abundance of fresh towels and toiletries, to the most comfy beds and blankets! I know that time, care, and love were put into each space! We enjoyed sunrises from the yard overlooking the water, bbqs on the grill, and s’mores at night over the fire-pit. We saw seals swimming by and butterflies in the yard amongst the flowers. Such a magical time spent with family and friends in a very magical place. Mahalo for having us and helping create memories for our kids! Forever grateful!

The photos of this place don’t do it justice! The mid-century modern architecture is so charming, and those views are unbelievable! On our first evening we were treated to the most beautiful sunset over the water, with the picturesque Mt Rainier making a stunning appearance. “Mountain was out!” as they say in Seattle. Everything was spotlessly clean, with a very well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms were also beautifully renovated recently as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute, secluded and private place right on the beach with expansive views from Browns Point to the Narrows. Easy to find, clearly marked driveway. Very responsive host, very comfortable and clean cottage, wonderful place to spend a few quiet nights. The firepit right on the bulkhead was A+, lovely spot to watch the ferry go back and forth on a warm evening.

Beautiful condo, full of amenities, comfy bed, gorgeous views. Perfect for longer stays. We were only there for a couple of nights, making it hard to justify all the air BnB fees, but not the hosts fault. Would certainly rent again when we have longer time to visit my grandsons.

What a beautiful property! The listing looked exactly as described with the pool heated to the perfect temperature. Hot tub was also ready for us when we arrived. The views of Puget sound, Mt. Rainier, and chambers bay golf course were stunning. We saw a few deers in the neighborhood 2 days in a row. It’s the perfect spot for a PNW summer getaway! (And love that it’s dog friendly as well)

Excellent host and location. Some of the best hospitality at a vacation rental we’ve ever encountered. Five stars all around!

Michael's condo at Port Ludlow was just what we were looking for. It fit our two families well and was a great space. The kitchen was really well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The unit had everything we needed from beach towels to shampoo. The grounds were beautiful and the Beach Club a fun bonus. Would definitly recommend if you need a place to stay in the area.

We stayed just for a couple of days, but enjoyed every minute here - the view from the deck is breathtaking, the house is super clean and has everything we needed. Our kids spent hours watching all kind of crabs and fish at the beach during the low tide and could not stop talking about all the creatures they saw even after we left :)

Wonderful stay. Beautiful surroundings and very cozy and comfortable house and furnishings. Really nice to have a hot tub right there with a view! Great for a big family or small group. Kitchen was very well supplied. Lots to do right around the property. Hosts had everything very organized and easy to follow. Would 100% stay again!

What more could you ask for, with a place by the lake. Propane gas ready for cooking on the grill, a nice seated area overlooking the lake. And big window outside of each room for good views. Very comfortable, very easy living, by the lake.

Love Darren’s place. It’s very peaceful and private. The cabin very cute. We enjoy oysters right from the backyard. The only issue is the road little scared to drive. Overall nice place to get away. Thanks Darren!

Wonderful stay! Some street noise from the busy road and gas station across the street, but the location is ideal for walkability to all of Hoodsport’s main attractions, and being right on the water was amazing! The house is super clean, modern, and well-appointed. Kerry was super responsive to any questions we had.

This home was fabulous! The photos don't do the view justice! The home was clean and cozy and she had everything we needed, including a small cooler for day adventures, which was a great touch! We were so appreciative of such a responsive host - Andrea went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay! We were sad to leave and next time hope to stay a full week! Paradise!!

Very cute tiny home. The property was amazing! The views were spectacular! It was an extremely peaceful place to stay, being able to use Heather’s kayaks was incredible! Absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back! Heather was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Her place is worth every penny!!!

We loved our stay at Chau's place. Right in town, so easy to walk to grocery store, brewery, winery, coffee shop, etc; but feels like you are a world a way the second you get out of your car. Pretty unique from that standpoint! We weren't even there for a true low tide but the tidelands were better than any place we've stayed at in the Hood Canal, incredible selection of Oysters, Clams, and we even got two Geoducks all with less effort than any other place we've visited or any park. House was perfect for two families. Both front and back yard were great. Kitchen had all the amenities for cooking up our seafood feasts and plenty of room to spread out. Overall awesome, thanks!

Nid d’amore is a gem! I had a wonderful two night stay. Michele and August were kind, communicative, and thoughtful. Cookie and Ash are the sweetest pups too. - The tram leading down to the beach house is serene and very easy to use. It’s the perfect amount of time to calm down after driving. - The beach house is adorable. Wonderfully stocked with anything you would need for a summer day or winter storm. I enjoyed curling up with an extra blanket at night looking out at the water through the windows but there was plenty of heat if needed. You can tell that Michele and August have put a lot of thought into the place. - The beach is very flat and walkable at low tide. Dumas bay to the right was my favorite. Lots of blue herons, bald eagles, and sand dollars. - The deck is very spacious and was great place to watch the sunset. High tide comes right up under the deck. I loved listening to the waves and watching for seals in the shallow water. I would absolutely stay here again! 5🌟

Our family just loved this place! From the moment we walked in and saw the floor to ceiling view out the back, we knew where we'd spend most our trip. The house was inviting, super clean, haf comfy beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We spent hours on the deck. Seriously, the view is unreal. We’d start the day with coffee out there and end it in the hot tub watching the sunset by the fire which was probably our favorite part of the whole trip. The beach access was awesome. At low tide, we wandered out and found oysters and clams, which was such a cool surprise. We also made a quick trip into town and loved how charming it was — cute little shops, great food, and just a fun place to explore for an afternoon. This spot was the perfect mix of relaxing and memorable. We’re already looking at dates to come back and visit again.
