Sayoko is a great host at Kika place. The home is very comfortable with good amenities including washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, vaccum cleaner, toiletries and required vessels for basic cooking and serving. Lawson's is just 1 min away giving you the necessary requirements immediately. Overall it is a 5 star experience at home.

这次日本之行非常惊喜的一家住宿！推开门感觉走进了日漫里的房间一样，地理位置很方便，步行去心斋桥十几分钟（在我和朋友都走得很慢的情况下哈哈哈）和最近的地铁站只有300米左右，附近有便利店和2家很大的超市，老板非常热心，下次来大阪的话还要住这家！

Would recommend if you are with a big group or have a lot of family members. If you don’t want to stay crammed inside a hotel, this is really the place to go. If i ever go back, I’ll be booking this airbnb again!

Tera was an excellent host for our first accommodation in Osaka! She was very thoughtful and prepared a mini tent and toys/books for my baby who had so much fun. The house was well equipped, very very spacious, and extremely spotless. We have recommended it to our friends as well!

Yui’s Place in Osaka was just perfect for our journey. It was close to two metro stations that will get you to the major sites with in 20 minutes. Also very walkable to local areas. Den Den town, Shin Sakai, Dontonbori, and many others. The apartment was well appointed, we were thankful for the laundry machine. The communication prior to the visit was timely and helpful. The instructions to get in and check out were well explained and included videos. I highly recommend staying in Yui’s place and will add it to my favorites for the next time I am in Osaka.

The place is perfect for the five of us. It is within walking distance to many shops and bus stops located on the main street. There is a big Life Supermarket nearby where we can get all kinds of foods and ingredients. Downstairs there are free bicycles that we used to ride around. The best part is Mr Takeshi who was very helpful to us. He even checked on us if we happened to have questions. He is the best host I have ever had. I highly recommend his place

This is one of the best places we’ve found through Airbnb. Everything is as described. The size of the apartment is perfect for two adults and one child - European standards. The kitchen is just what we need for a light breakfast/lunch. The level of cleanliness was one of the best we have ever seen. The location is perfect, close to the metro, train station and several bus stops. The communication through the application was perfect, only at the reception there was a nice Japanese girl who was struggling a bit with her English but she was very kind and helpful. Overall great Japanese experience and would definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful week in Kyoto and I am sure this hotel was a big part of that experience.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsible and proactive, even providing a few bottles of water upon our arrival. The bedroom can feel a bit crowded when the sofa bed is set up, but all the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the yellow line train station, which is only one stop away from Shinjuku Station. If you enjoy walking, it's about a 15-20 minute stroll to Shinjuku Station.

I had a wonderful stay at Toki House. The location was perfect—nestled in a quiet, local neighborhood that gave me a sense of everyday life in Kyoto. I was warmly greeted by the host at check-in, who kindly walked me through how to enter both the house and the unit. The host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The unit itself was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the tatami mats in the bedroom and the high-quality futon mattresses, which came with two types of pillows to suit different preferences. I slept incredibly well each night. Inside, the layout was both thoughtful and functional. The toilet and bathing areas were separate, each with their own sinks, and the unit had a total of four sinks! Also loved the small heated table with a blanket. Near the front desk of the house, there were complimentary large water bottles, a few varieties of rice crackers, and other small but thoughtful essentials. A peaceful and well-equipped base for exploring Kyoto.

the place was very easy to find and check in was very smooth. unfortunately we had to carry our luggage up stairs cause they didn't have an elevator. one thing that stood out that they had a built in dryer in the shower so you can dry your clothes after doing laundry. very convenient.

Aound 8 mins walk to station. Easy to find, Aeon mall nearby. Self checkin with clear instructions. Very clean and spacious apartment with balcony. Have Iron, microwave, utensils, washing machine with detergent provided is a plus. Will recommend to Friends.

Great place to stay for a few days , really clean and as described and perfect location. Very quick communication and willing to help on any issues , would recommend it as a place to stay for sure!

Great place

Superb location just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Check-in was super easy, and I could check in early in the morning, which was a huge plus. The bed was incredibly comfy, the best one I had during my 15-day trip across 3 cities! The place was clean, beautifully designed, with great hot water and complete amenities (they even provide pajamas!). Coin laundry is just 100m away. The popular Ramen restaurant: Taiga Ramen also accross the street! Highly recommended if you want to stay in Kanazawa!

As a Thai person traveling solo to Japan for the first time, I was looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly place to stay near a train station — and this place is exactly it! It’s located in a neighborhood that’s not too crowded, yet not too quiet either. The streets are well-lit at night, with security cameras along the way, so I felt completely safe walking back around 11 PM to midnight. The room was clean and cozy. Although it’s a shared bathroom, the facilities were excellent — spacious, with complete shower amenities and a hairdryer. There’s enough room in the room to fit two large suitcases. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The room also had both air conditioning and a heater. Ms. Minami was very helpful, providing clear instructions on how to reach the accommodation. There’s no way you’ll get lost! It’s only about a 5–10 minute walk to both JR and Metro stations. If I ever come back to Tokyo, I would definitely stay here again.

숙소가 깨끗했고 잘 묵었다가 갑니다

J’ai séjourné 13 jours dans ce logement est tout s’est passé comme je le souhaitais. Bien que la salle de bain et les toilettes soient partagés, cela reste très propre. On peut laver son linge, des chaussons sont fournis ainsi qu’une brosse à dent, serviette, shampooing :) j’étais surprise et puis l’hôte se montre disponible dès qu’on a des questions. Je recommande vivement, je reviendrais avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.
