Traditional Japanese Home in Hakuba Valley

Rating, 5 stars1 week ago
I had a very comfortable night. The accommodation was a small Japanese-style villa, spacious, bright, and very clean. The facilities are very well equipped, and everything you need for daily life is available. The friendly owner told us about some delicious restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed our meals. I think this price is really cost-effective for this quality. I would love to stay here again if I get the chance!

WELCOME TO JAPANESE HOUSE!

DavidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My second stay with Tomoyuki since two years ago. Everything went beautifully as expected. The weather was not cooperating on one of the four days but that allowed me to stay in to enjoy this vintage tradition home and felt the tranquility it presented itself on a rainy day. The hike nearby was kimochīi (feeling great). The izakayas recommended were subarashī (wonderful). Tomo introduced me to spend a day at Mashiko. The famous pottery town was preparing for the upcoming Golden Week event and I appreciated "the calm before the storm" time strolling the quiet town. Some keepsakes were bought. I look forward to another visit soon, maybe in a different season to appreciate the range of activities available around the area.

The sea spreads out in front of you! A private rental accommodation with a view

MollyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We only had one night, but it’s a great little spot right on the harbor. There are not a lot of restaurants nearby but we found a bbq place that was very authentic. It’s a little hard to find, but once we found it, everything worked out well. We had done the bike ride on the Shimanami Kaido. And it was convenient for that experience.

Casa Ottava! 3 min walk from Katawaramachi Station.

Rating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
First of all, you can walk to Takamatsu JR and Port in about ten minutes. The house is conveniently located on the side of a commercial street under a lang bridge. Although the room is not large, but it is a little turnover, you can drop off two or three large suitcases, the facilities are fully equipped, clean and tidy, the host responds to the message in a timely manner, friendly and serious. The most important thing to mention is the coffee shop run by the host's parents in his eighty years old. Before we checked in, the host's father unfortunately stayed in the hospital, but the host's mother insisted on time every day and provided delicious fried egg toast and coffee for guests, her enthusiasm was respectable, when I embraced her and expressed her blessing and deeply felt her passion for life and life!If you go to Takamatsu again, I hope that I will have the opportunity to visit the elderly again, and wish them the same blessing that my mother has experienced misfortune and illness and still strong life are healthy and long-lived!

Hakone Fans,Train Lovers & Mac Nomads Gather Here!

asakoRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This time, 2 of us stayed. There were two bedrooms, so we each had a room to ourselves, and we were able to sleep well. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we played games in the room, experienced driving a train, and time flew by in no time... At this age, I don't play games very often, but when I started, I had a lot of fun. There was a home bakery in the room, and I baked with excitement.Freshly baked bread is delicious! It would be great if the next guests could take the jam with them! The photos on the top page seem to be aimed at a more specialized audience.I thought so, but I can also recommend it for groups of women! There is also a hair dryer and hair straightener, and the hair dryer has a hands-free stand, making it easy to dry your hair.(There are 2 hair dryers) I was also happy to have a hair iron! This time, I will use it for a girls' trip! There seems🅿️ to be a parking lot, so I will come by car next time. Thanks for your hospitality.

Absolutely recommend this stay in Osaka! The apartment was spotless and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—and the host went above and beyond with warm hospitality throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the buzz of Dotonbori, but in a quiet enough spot to relax after a big day. Comfortable, convenient, and full of charm—don’t hesitate to book!

Nagoya Digital Nomad Work Base with monitor screen

DimitriosRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean airbnb during a trip to Nagoya with my daughter. The early check in allowed us to easily move in after checking out from a nearby hotel. The hosts provided us with an extra bed after a simple request. The large monitor/TV, connected to my laptop using the USB-C and HDMI cables in the apartment, was great! I could do some work while the movable movable partitions created a separate bedroom.

Retreat Resort Wild nature, private room and onsen

SarahmarieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Staying with Jun and Kimi at Peace One was the perfect way for us to start our Japan trip, and has already become one of my favorite travel experiences of my life. The guesthouse itself is in a tranquil setting in the forest outside Fujiyoshida. The private onsen was the perfect way to wind down after a long day of walking and exploring. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. We slept well on the futon mattresses. Jun was so flexible and easygoing about getting us to and from town that transportation was never an issue. He also taught us so much about the long history of the region and his research on peaceful indigenous societies before war began in Japan, even going so far as to take us to an ancient shrine near the house. Places like Peace One and people like Jun and Kimi are what travel should be all about. I highly recommend staying here, not just for the place itself but for the experience. “Peace” is certainly a perfect name for this place. I hope to stay here again someday!

They picked us up on the day of our trip, gave us breakfast, and the room was really clean, and they greeted us every time we went out and came back, so it was a really family-like atmosphere. I'd like to use this accommodation again when I come to Nagoya. Above all, the free parking was really nice. I highly recommend it.

TANGO ALOHA TERRACE B&B SEA FRONT

DomRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I haven’t been to an such amazing place in a long time. Kazumasa and Hiroko are one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. The location is breathtaking which invited you to stay more than just a few days. I only stayed 2 nights and wished I had more time. Hiroko gave me some really nice recommendations where I should go and what to do. The breakfast was also super delicious and plenty. Mabulin the dog will welcome you with his playfulness and cheeky character. If I happen to be back in this area I definitely will stay with them again. Thank you

Great place to stay if you’re cycling the Shimanami Kaido! The location is ideal, right around the halfway point of the route, which makes it a convenient stop for an overnight rest. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall stay was smooth and pleasant. Would definitely recommend to fellow cyclists.

Home away from home in the Alps! 'Norikura Kogen'

AlexRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had an amazing stay with Rie and her family, you feel like home, they treat you very well and welcome you at their home because literally is where they live and they run this cozy B&B with a bakery where they make themselves delicious Baumkuchen. The place is located near the Norikura peak, you have amazing views and for nature lovers is a must, from here you can visit very easy kamikochi mountains as well. I will recommend this place for anyone who wants to connect with nature.
