Our building has been awarded with numerous honors, including the ArchDaily 2023 Annual Architectural Nomination, 2022 Good Design Award, Korea's space magazine January 2023 issue, and Wallpaper Magazine's November 2023 issue.

Nearby is Nakano Broadway, which is highly recommended for those who like anime and manga. There are also many BARs and izakayas, so it is a very recommended town for those who like alcohol.
