Wonderful place, I and my family loved it, an atmosphere of a lot of peace and relaxation, the house is beautiful, my pet felt at ease, Karla's attention is more than qualified, very friendly and helpful, and she showed us her 100% confidence in the impeccable cleanliness. We will definitely be back.

The house was beautiful, comfortable for our family, close to the beach and restaurants. We went to my son's wedding. I'm really grateful to have chosen their house. Lana helped us and recommended many places, Outdoor space was also wonderful and enjoyable, the pool was clean , we enjoy afternoon in the pool The house is well located at walking distance of all the action in West bay beach (4 min walk) ... we felt safe run Fosters West Bay Resort restaurant and bar was amazing we spend the day eating and drinking there at the beach Milton was amazing at the restaurant make us feel welcome ... We were happy on staying here and will certainly come back .

10 out of 10 I would most definitely use Conrad’s Airbnb again and with me being a travel agent, I would hands-down recommend this specific Airbnb as well as the host to anybody that I would personally send to Roatan. Overall communication was great. The host was great. The amenities were great. The location was great. This is a beautiful home, amazing views, quiet and relaxing, family friendly, clean and comfortable. The home has no AC, we used pedestal fans to cool off when needed. Located in a gated community, the guard was always ready to open the gate for us. Garage space to park 4 cars. Would love to come back again! Recommend to bring your own toiletries (shampoo, soap). the ones provided were very small.

I can't express how happy I am with this place. walking distance to the pier, bar and restaurants. Jenny made us feel right at home. extremely kind and commutative about everything. we had a 8 hour drive we were hot and tired when we checked in late night and she let us enjoy the pool after hours. that was so thoughtful of her. the place had everything and it was immaculate clean and packed with so many goodies to be comfortable. the condo was so nice and comfortable that we didn't wanted to leave the place to explore the areas of Tela. we will definitely be coming back to visit Jenny's place. Thank you Jenny.

My husband, Dad, a friend, and I stayed at this stunning house for 6 days and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The Cay House is located right on the main strip in Utila, so walking distance to food, grocery, beaches, and more. My Dad and I took our open water course at Underwater Vision and loved the close proximity to school. Tina, our host, was phenomenal. She reached out prior to check in to see if there was anything she could have ready for us and quickly responded to any questions we had. She even answered my 2am text during a short power outage on the island. She went above and beyond! Overall - I would not hesitate to book this gem and can’t wait to come back again!!

I absolutely loved this house! It’s in the best location on the island, close to the most beautiful beaches and in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need. The owners and the property manager were incredibly kind and always made sure everything was perfect during our stay. I spent 3 wonderful days here with my family and we’re all super happy with the experience. We will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend renting a car if you plan to stay here — it makes getting around much easier.

This home was amazing. We felt like we were on an island all by ourselves. So secluded, so many rooms, pool was huge and the place was breathtaking!!! I can’t wait to go back!!
