Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Honduras

Great location, plenty of room for 3 people, apartment is well located in a new development. Safe and lots of restaurants around it. Plenty of parking if you are driving. 5 start host.

The place was spotless and new, with all the necessary amenities. Zaira's service was excellent and she was always attentive to any need. Highly recommended.

Excellent place and location

Great place to relax with your family

Our group truly enjoyed staying at Mildred's "Villa Rita"! We had 12 people from the United States and Europe and they felt comfortable and were able to walk easily to the beach and around town. The pool is in a center courtyard and was a gathering place to relax at the end of the day. Group meals were easily managed in the large kitchen/livingroom area. There is an on-site person who has a separate living area. She was super helpful and responsive to anything we needed, whether getting ready to use the grill or needing to do some laundry. The house is secure and spotlessly clean and it's clear that Mildred cares very much. Thank you for a great week and we hope to return next year!

The place is absolutely great. Mirka and Norbert are super friendly and responsive, the place is clean, you have everything you need and more. We lived in the house for almost a month and it was super nice. There are hummingbirds coming by if you fill up the sugar water for them. We saw fireflies next to the house many nights. The view is great. All in all a great experience. Only thing I'd recommend is getting an SUV rental or something with clearance as the main road to the house is really bad. We might be back, thanks for the great stay!

Safe location, private. If I had to stay in sps again i have no problem with staying there

It was as pictured and felt safe. It is not very walkable to restaurants and but that is probably more as a result of the design of the city. Jay was very attentive and responsive. The premises were clean, gym accessible and so were the common areas except the theatre which requires a 48 hr reservation notice. The unit was stocked with some water when we arrived but it would have been nice to have other amenities such as paper towels. The bathrooms were tidy but small and very little space in terms of storage for your toiletries.

Beautiful place and attentive, patient and friendly people

The accommodation and stay was pleasant, the space as such, is as shown in the image, the host is very friendly and always willing to answer your questions and concerns, my stay was excellent.

A nice apartment with a spectacular view, very clean and comfortable, however there are a few details to improve and I don't think they are very complicated or expensive to solve: 1. The shower in the bathroom of the master bedroom does not work, only droplets of water come out, so we only use the shower in the bathroom of the secondary bedroom. 2. The kitchen faucet has to be opened carefully or else you end up soaked in water. 3. The TV cable in the secondary room stops working many times, the TV freezes continuously. 4. This is the most important point. The bed in the main bedroom is not only high, but it also slides easily. The combination of both things caused my mother, an 80-year-old with spinal problems, to fall. Luckily, there were no major consequences other than leaving her in bed for a couple of days with severe pain. Putting some non-slip protectors on the legs of the bed can prevent future and more serious accidents.
