Holiday rentals with a patio in Homestead

I loved Johns place it was a nice Airbnb in a great location. There were many stores located nearby such as Target, Ross, Five & Below, Publix, and Burlington. The pool was nice, that was our favourite part of the stay, and the view was perfect.

What I love most about that place is the customer service. Always helpful and fast with responses when I needed them. Quiet, clean and safe place to stay. Perfect location to stores and the beach. Comfortable soft bed. Thank you for giving me the good place to stay when I needed it the most.

Joshua's airbnb was an absolute gem. Clean, bed was very comfortable and in a fantastic location. (close to the beach) Walking distance to many restaurants, publix, Walgreens, etc. Joshua was a superb host. When ever I had questions he was quick to respond. Our stay was phenomenal. I was celebrating my birthday and Joshua had the place beautifully decorated. We had a great time and would definitely return.

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!

This place is exactly how it is described in the description and photos. It was clean, and easy to access. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of bars/restaurants and 3 minutes from the beach! I wouldn’t recommend driving because its hard to find a parking space, we rented a car and didn’t even end up using it due to everything being so close, and if you want to uber its like $5 because everything is nearby. The hosts are very responsive and the front desk are always checking in on people making sure everyone’s stay is comfortable and to do the best they can to make you happy! 10/10 would stay here again, its not that expensive and it has everything you need if you don’t plan on staying in the room and plan on being out!

Even before booking, Arthur was very helpful answering questions and was extremely quick to reply. Check in, and out, was simple. The unit was beautiful and accurately reflected in the photos. One of the things that drew us to the property was the beach, including access to the residence/hotel’s beach attendants, offering chairs, umbrellas, towels and ice cold water. This did not disappoint. Although this was only a short stay, we would love to return to Arthur’s place for our next Ft Lauderdale vacation.

Loved staying here for a bachelorette party! The house was beautiful. We loved cooking breakfast there in the mornings, lounging by pool, and the large game room. The host has stocked the house with lots of small items that come in handy while traveling, like sunscreen, bug spray and kitchen goods. You are a little ways out from South Beach, so make sure to yourself plenty of transit time when planning excursions to that area (we encountered lots of traffic to & from), but that said you can't bet the space that you get here. The host is kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

My fiance and I wanted a bnb in Miami that we could have a great vacation at and this BNB did more than that. It felt like home. From waking up and taking a swim in the pool to playing pool with the family this BNB had it all. It was so clean and came with everything we wanted. TV’s in every room and even outside. The playground my daughter has fun on, and the most beautiful living room ever this BNB will be one where I come back every year. This was a great stay. Thank you for that!!!!! My only problem was that the vacation had to end and we had to leave!!!!!

We stayed at Ishmael's place for over a week. It is a neat, clean and spacious home. The neighborhood felt nice and safe. We enjoyed our stay and thankful to Ishmael.

The home is well put together and very comfortable, there’s a space for everyone. We enjoyed being there, it was perfect for our needs

The place was great for few days vacation . Anita responded within few minutes if you had any questions. It was quiet during the night . Very close to the beach .

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

The photos don’t do this place justice! Views are better than expected and the space in general feels a bit bigger than the photos. The host is responsive and was always trying to help when possible. Thanks for having us!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the penthouse is just as described in the images, was very clean and the hosts were very responsive, and had good communication. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s right in the middle of the city with a lot of things to do, whenever I come to miami I always stay in Brickell for that reason and this airbnb is in the perfect spot.
