Das Ferienhaus steht etwas abseits des Haupthauses Lichtblick. Es besticht durch seine Möblierung im Vintage-Stil und verfügt eine Küche mit Esstisch und Kamin, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kabelfernseher und Schlafsofa, separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit einem separaten Garten. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Es gibt einen Gasherd und gutes WLAN. Im Winter wird das Ferienhaus über Fußbodenheizung geheizt.

Your place

Your building is actually your place. 5 people and a dog have a loose space. 46 m² with underfloor heating, sitting area, couch or sofa bed (both can be bedded for up to 5 people) and TWO balconies. Morning AND evening sun on amazingly comfortable chairs in the best North Sea air. Your building has, of course, enough storage space, a large bathroom and everything else you need. Mini fridge, safe and a large flat-screen TV, plus a super nice team and a short way to the promenade.

Own Loft1 in the *centre* of Hamburg-1

The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 20 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available.
