Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hollywood

Ingrid was a wonderful host; responsive and available. What stood out for us is that her place is appointed with many little details, that made our stay feel so comfortable and like home. EG, little snacks in a bowl on the counter, bottles of water in the fridge (it was incredibly hot weather the days we were there), many green potted plants tastefully placed around the house, well stocked kitchen, clear directions about kitchen, garbage collection, etc. Her welcome notebook had lots of local recommendations. Highly recommend her home!!!

Jungle Surf's single-level layout with 3 queen bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for our family. We loved the open kitchen/living/porch space. The Hammocks neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, yet close to the beach and area attractions. I used my inflatable SUP every day on the marsh waterways from the community dock (just under 1/2 mile walk from the house) & we rented kayaks for the rest of my family to join me on Saturday. We had to pick them up, which wasn't ideal for our vehicle but we made it work. Easy access thru the neighborhood gate and the house. We made our meals at the house and I was glad I brought just about everything needed for that because the Food Lion is tiny & limited. Plenty of pots & pans at the house, but could've used mixing-type bowls & spoons. There was a good selection of spices available, plus charcoal someone left & coffee filters. So thankful for a pet-friendly rental that is well cared-for and nicely appointed! Beds were comfy & we loved our stay!

Anna’s place was perfect way to celebrate my graduation with a weekend girls trip despite the rain! The place was clean and in the perfect location. She also was very responsive and helpful. Would definetly stay again :)

This condo is in a beautiful, private location and the property is right on the golf course. It is well-furnished and has a screened porch, with cool breezes, as well as a glassed-in sleeping porch with a double-size daybed. The kitchen is large and has a wet bar with glassware, ice bucket and a very nice, complimentary bottle of wine! The kitchen is well stocked and even has a cabinet full of spices. We felt very much at home and loved going to the nearby beach, which had parking spaces and walkways across the dunes. Sitting on that porch, reading and watching golfers was a highlight. It is under trees, so plenty shady. Oh yes! There were two bikes for riding and a neighborhood pool! Very comfortable and we hope to return.

It was amazing! Exactly as the description says a beautiful studio 💞 My friend and me had an amazing time! The music when we arrived was so nice and the soft light when we entered was magical! Haha she couldn’t stop telling me what a great decision I had made in finding this place 🥰 it was so cozy and relaxing.

David’s place on Folly Beach was a wonderful experience! It was located right on the beach, maybe one street over which made the beach experience much more enjoyable! David is a friendly and responsive host, would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our 3 year wedding anniversary and it was exactly what we needed! Charles was very responsive to all messages, instructions for arriving and cleaning were super easy to follow, the place was beautiful and well maintained. It is in a small, quiet area and we felt very safe there. Even though it’s a duplex, you cannot hear anyone on the other side at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. Appreciated the attention to details, including the dog bowls. While we couldn’t see the ocean directly from our unit, it is so close and absolutely gorgeous. It is hard to explain the beach, it is breathtaking. The communication and instructions from Daphne were very helpful. This was a perfect location and unit. Would definitely consider staying here again. A few tips for next visitors - allow extra time, there is a lot a road construction en route to the island. And be aware that the unit is on the second floor, if steps are an issue. Special thanks to Daphne for opening her unit for others to enjoy.

Had such a wonderful stay at Modern Mellow for a weekend getaway. Nellie was amazing to work with and was so friendly and helpful. The place was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We felt right at home and sincerely appreciated the hospitality we were shown. Would highly recommend for anyone exploring the Charleston area!!

This was our 2nd year staying at Christian’s! We loved it so much the first time as soon as we left last year we booked for this summer. I can’t say enough great things the location is absolutely perfect I love the walk over the boardwalk to the beach! The condo itself is very clean and comfortable it honestly feels like just home! The kids get so excited for the bunk beds! Everything is perfectly thought out from the closet with the beach cart, chairs, sand toys, umbrella to the bookshelf in the main bedroom with an excellent selection of books! Christian is a great host and very communitive with suggestions on things to do and restaurants to visit! We had an amazing time and the only reason I haven’t already rebooked for next year is I have 4 kids and my 2 year old will have grown out of the pack n play and I’m trying to figure out where he will sleep hahaha!

We had a wonderful stay at Sailor’s Rest. It’s a great location for families with young kids. We enjoyed the pool, fresh eggs, fish & walkable gardens. The beach was only apx a 10min drive, and the access card they give you made it very easy. 10/10 would recommend

Clifton was extremely helpful! It was our 1st time renting a Airbnb & his responsiveness was very fast, making us feel completely at ease throughout our booking and stay. But the real highlight was the thoughtful, tailor-made day-by-day itinerary he provided. It was so much more than just a list – it was a beautifully curated guide. This level of personalized care is rare and incredibly appreciated.

Great little apartment for a peaceful trip. Relatively close to lots of different areas in Charleston. Hosts gave super easy check in/check out instructions and was super responsive the whole time.

Chandler was very helpful when we had something come up the day of our check-in. He was super helpful, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. The unit was just as pictured, tastefully decorated, and super clean. His check-in instructions were very easy to follow and the welcome book inside the unit answered any questions we had during the stay. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the screened porch. Peaceful and relaxing, just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for and needed!!! Our kids had never been to the beach before and I hadn’t been to HHI in 39 years. Maria’s condo was not only beautiful, it was in the perfect place, looked exactly like the pics if not better.. had EVERYTHING we needed and could have wanted and Maria herself is/was wonderful. Responsive.. friendly.. and gave us all the info we could need… instructions, recommendations, and fantastic advice!!! Thank you so much.. we can’t wait to go back! 😃❤️

Stunning views from an open deck and a super comfy screened deck. Quiet serene atmosphere. Great kitchen amenities. Would definitely like to return.

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Captain's Quarters! Barbie instantly makes you feel welcome - from the detailed instructions on finding the villa, restaurant recommendations, quick responses on anything and everything to the clean and comfortable accommodations in the villa! The location of the villa is amazing! So quiet and private with quick beach access. We loved the outdoor sunroom area which overlooks the pond - the nature sounds and wildlife views were spectacular! The beach here is pristine too and was never busy, we felt like we had it all to ourselves! Overall 10/10!! We would definitely visit again!

This was a beautiful place to stay. All the people in the neighborhood were really friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again if i’m ever back in town.

Stayed for a wedding in Charleston. We had 3 kids with us. Plenty of room. The host was very responsive and so nice. The area is very nice with people out walking for exercise and walking dogs. Close to several venues and restaurants to eat. We would definitely stay here again!!
