Apartment holiday rentals in Hollywood Beach

Truly enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and the balcony was our favorite part. We took lots of pictures out there. Just wish the tv was updated so we could use Youtube, Netflix, etc.

Dan's place is such a perfect if you want to be at the beach, but not have to deal with the noise and traffic of being in the middle of the noise. Close enough to walk to numerous restaurants and bars and beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway across the street. Dan was super helpful and responded quickly to any concerns. Will definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at this location, with spectacular views. The place was very clean and the bedroom was extremely comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hosts responded to any concerns and accommodations very quickly. This is my first time in Miami and if I ever return I would want to stay here it was a fantastic time and fantastic stay i highly recommend this location.

I am from UK and stayed at this property on my own for 4 nights in May-25. The apartment was fantastic - spotlessly clean with good quality towels / bed linen + with very detailed written instructions provided by Galina ahead of check-in as regards how to access and use the facilities (such as AC units + fans) of the apartment. The apartment comes with an allocated parking space in a gated car park which is a big bonus and the apartment itself is equipped with 2 smart TV's - one with Firestick in the bedroom and one with Roku with all common apps loaded in the lounge. WiFi was fast. The kitchen is well equipped with every appliance you could think of and plenty of plates / cups and cooking utensils. The apartment location is in the quieter southern part of the beach broadwalk area and is just next to a parking garage so night time was quiet without any loud music from restaurants causing a nuisance. I will definitely try to stay at this apartment on any future visits to Hollywood, FL.

Beautiful location and the ocean view is amazing. The location was perfect, we were walking distance to nearby grocery and convenience store. The staff were amazing, very friendly. The pool area is clean and relaxing. This location is directly on the beach, very short walk to beach area. The unit is updated and the balcony is very large in size. We are already looking to book again in the near future.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

This studio was in the center of Brickell/Downtown and was just as described. Very responsive host, easy check in, clean unit, quiet, in a very walkable area, with many things to do just right outside. Enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend!

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Dimitri's place was perfect for my family during this difficult time when we had to do a sea barrel for my mother-in-law. He was very responsive and compassionate with our situation. He was very responsive and everything at the location was exactly as described. We are actually going to make annual trips back for the memorial and Dimitri will be the first host I would reconnect with to rent his unit. Thank you very much Dmitri for everything!

I stay at Hollywood Costa ever year and they don't make the check in process easy when you are not renting from them but that is not the fault of the owner of unit. This is my first time in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit and it was wonderful! The unit was large and had wonderful balconies. We were a group of five and there was plenty of space. The features of the hotel are wonderful and the close proximity to the beach is fabulous.

We had amazing few day trip. Place was right on the spot on the beach. Close to the restaurants and things to do. Nice clean and perfect for the weekend

The condo was very clean and the pool and beach were excellent. She provided many little amenities other condos do not. I would recommend this condo to families as well as couples. The price and location would be difficult to beat.

Mario’s communicated exactly what I needed to know to check in and enjoy his property. Very clear instructions. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for are stay. Would certainly book again!

We rented 2 units for a full week stay. Unit 3 & 4, which are the 1 bedroom units. They were both super clean and as described. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach. Even though we brought our own beach supplies, each unit was stocked with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and four beach towels. There is a shared washing machine and dryer that was available without issues. Marilyn was very responsive if I needed to reach out. My only wish is that they kept a few more bath towels / wash cloths for a full week stay. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Fl. Having surgery is very scary but staying at this condo was a game changer. So peaceful and serene. When we came back from the hospital it was the peace we felt there that really seemed to lift our spirits and filled our hearts with hope. Thank you Maria For making our stay so peaceful. It makes a difference. Loved the condo and the atmosphere. Many nice places to eat nearby and the pool was our haven! Hope I don’t have to have surgery again but if I do I will want to come there. Fernando‘s place was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view and, spacious layout, comfortable bed and luscious pillows. We did not want to leave and ordered in each night to devour as much time as possible on the beautiful balcony. Highly recommended... with a lovely bottle of wine and your favourite person.

We had an amazing stay at this Brickell home! The location was perfect—within walking distance to many fine dining restaurants—and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The service exceeded our expectations, and from start to finish, we felt like royalty. Hamza was an outstanding host—quick to respond and made the check-in process super smooth. We enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
