Fantastic Stay. Would Stay again.

Amazing stay love the bed I sleep like a baby

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

This place had everything we needed as a family of 4 with a teenager and an elementary age child. Everything was easily accessible and it felt very safe. Parking was good for Miami. The pool and gym were great. The beach was easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. Walmart is right down the road for getting groceries and a Publix down the road also. The little Cafe on the first floor was also nice. We also did laundry, but you do need a card to load money on in order to use them (just warning because we had our clothes loaded with soap and I was so frustrated my bank cards weren't working) I asked the front desk and they assisted me with this. Hollywood Boardwalk is down the street and there is plenty of parking around there to park and walk it. But the beach next to the condos is fantastic so we spent most our time there. The lifeguards are great and we even witnessed them saving someone. The bed and couch are both very comfortable. It was a great week!

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was perfect. It was a beautiful condo, beautiful scenery, beautiful decor. It was nice and clean, no issues. The area was very nice and quiet and stores and restaurants and bars were all easily accessible and walking distance. Parking was very simple as well. The hosts were amazing, they made sure everything was easy to for checking in before the trip. Any questions I had they responded very in a very timely manner. We will 100% be staying there again when in the area. Thank you!!!!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Great location, great host, great accommodation, everything was just amazing!

The Airbnb was perfect and looked exactly like the picture. At check in, the hotel mad an error in the amount of days I was staying there for. I contacted Loren and she reached out almost immediately. She took care of the issue right away. The Lapis Spa is beautiful and there was so many nice restaurants there as well. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be booking through Loren again !

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

This studio was in the center of Brickell/Downtown and was just as described. Very responsive host, easy check in, clean unit, quiet, in a very walkable area, with many things to do just right outside. Enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful place right on the beach with a great pool. Great place for families. very good organized and safe. everything you need to cook. Beds very confy. Walmart 4 minutes away. would stay here again.

The trip was absolutely wonderful! The stay was amazing, and the hospitality I received was exceptional. Everyone was easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. Fabulous location with all the amenities of the hotel. My boys loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay there during my next trip to Miami.

Another great stay at my favorite hotel in Fort Lauderdale. This rental is on the sixth floor of the Conrad and has direct access to the pool and bar from the room.
