Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Höllviken

My husband, our 2 Labrador dogs, and I stayed at Josefin's and Christoffer's beautiful guesthouse. The cabin is clean, has all the amenities needed and is very cozy. The beautiful decorations made us feel right at home. We enjoyed walking the dogs at the dog beach near by and through the grass/forest areas around the guesthouse. The bicycles are a great plus because you are in 10 min. at the beach and restaurants.

Harald is so kind and responsive, and was super flexible with us and our specific travel needs re:checkin times. The place is beautiful and the area very lovely ❤️ overall, we all agreed we would love to come back!

Lovely Sea view property. Enjoyed our stay there. Peter is very friendly and responsive. Both his cats were too cute.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Le quartier est très calme. Le bord de mer est à 3 min en vélo en traversant le golf de Flommen. Tous les chemins cyclables à proximité pour se rendre à Falsterbo et surtout à Skanör en 15 min. La maison est super lumineuse, très agréable à vivre. Parfait.

Unsere Zeit bei Line war absolut genial! Sie ist so eine tolle Gastgeberin: Hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar, unglaublich nett! Das Häuschen hat uns umgehauen, es war wirklich unsere Insel im Grossstadtdschungel. Wunderschön & zauberhaft! Wir waren mit unseren kleinen Töchtern dort (4 & 5) ... der Garten und die Ruhe haben diese Städtereise einzigartig gemacht! Das Interieur des Häuschens ist super schön, aber auch gemütlich! Man merkt wieviel Zeit und Mühe sich Line beim einrichten gemacht hat! Der Garten ist so unglaublich schön .... !!! Ausserdem ist Line ein absoluter "Schatz" .... Sie hat uns sogar eine Regenschirm geschenkt um trocken zum Flughafen zu kommen & ganz viele tolle Tips gegeben! AirB&B auf höchstem Niveau ... es geht nicht besser! 1000 Dank!!! Wir werden diese Reise nicht vergessen & kommen auf jeden Fall zurück!!!

Ett fantastiskt hus. Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse. Huset är fullt utrustat med allt man kan tänkas behöva och mycket bekvämt. Det finns gott om plats för familjemiddagar, både inne och ute. Läget är jättebra, huset ligger precis vid Stadsparken och man tar en kort promenad genom parken till stranden. Värden Jenny var lätt att kommunicera med och svarade alltid snabbt. Vi är mycket nöjda och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

We had an amazing stay in Stinas cozy cabin. The design is awesome and the best was the outside shower. Taking a shower while the moon is rising is something very special. Stina had great tips and helped us to plan our excursions. Everything was just perfect. We’re really looking forward for another stay in the cabin. Stina and famyli thank you very much.

Die Unterkunft von Jarrod und Maria war wirklich ideal für uns als junge Familie. Besonders schön war, dass es für unser kleines Kind sehr einfach war sich frei zu bewegen, sowohl in der Wohnung als auch hinaus auf die Terrasse und in den Garten. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was nicht nur im Urlaub benötigt wird, sondern auch im Alltag. Die Ankunft mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war sehr einfach, da die Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus ist. Sehr praktisch war auch der Fahrradverleih auf der anderen Straßenseite. Und sehr schön war der Ausblick auf das Meer von der Wohnung aus!

The place was beautiful!! The beds felt great to sleep on. Maria was more than helpful. She walked you through the place and gave some helpful tips. If you need recommendations, she will certainly help you out with what you need and want. Even though it was a basement unit with no sunlight, it was no problem for us. The space itself felt big and cozy. Thank you! We will be sure to come back again!

10 Tage hatten wir Gelegenheit, die schöne Wohnung von Anders und Melany zu genießen! Unsere Gastgeber standen uns jederzeit mit guten Ratschlägen zur Seite. Vor allem mit unseren Fahrrädern haben wir die Umgebung erkundet. Malmö und Lund sind auf gut ausgeschilderten Radwegen prima zu erreichen, die Bedingungen für Radfahrer haben uns begeistert. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel haben uns überzeugt! Die Wohnung ist wirklich erstaunlich gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet! Das eindrücklichste ist aber ist die unglaubliche Aussicht in die Natur vor der Tür zu allen Tageszeiten! Wir hatten eine rundum schöne Zeit und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen

Die Unterkunft bietet sich sehr gut an, wenn man nicht zentral in Malmö übernachten möchte. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 25 Minuten sowohl in Malmö als auch in Lund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; alles ist sauber, modern und neu. Charlie und Johanna sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und total freundlich! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden fall weiter.

Rummet hade vad vi behövde och passade perfekt för vår övernattning. Mycket vänligt och trevligt mottagande så vi kände oss välkomna!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt fantastisch: durch einen kleinen Spaziergang in der Natur erreicht man in 10 Minuten den Strand und den Hafen von Skanör mit viele Restaurants. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit einem guten Sortiment sind ebenfalls zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Mats war sehr unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und extrem schnell (innerhalb von Sekunden!). Mats ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber. Man bekommt ein Gästebuch mit viele praktische Tipps und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Somit braucht man keinen Reiseführer zu kaufen :) Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Unser Sohn hat die vorhandene Gesellschaftspiele sehr geschätzt. Ich kann diese Wohnung empfehlen und danke Mats, dass wir seine Gäste sein durften.

We had a great time at Ingrid's place :) The apartment was cozy and squeaky clean and offers everything that you would need for a few days. It is also easily accessible by foot and/or public transport. Thank you Ingrid!

Had the most gorgeous stay at E & M's place. Being a frequent visitor to CPH for work/pleasure reasons, I've had my fair share of AirBnBs recently and I will, without a doubt, return here! Firstly, as hosts, E & M are just wonderful - excellent comms and made me feel totally at home without overwhelming me with info. As for the space itself, it is beautiful. Spacious, clean, with an abundance of character. The welcome bottle of wine was SUCH a lovely touch. The space is well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring CPH and one thing that really really stood out for me was how quiet it was. Having stayed in a lot of central CPH apartments, etc I have grown so used to being woken up at ungodly hours by bin collections and merry people leaving bars, whereas my stay here was so, so peaceful. The garden is beautiful and a really unique addition. I didn't get to enjoy it as much as I hoped thanks to rain, so will definitely have to return! Diolch yn fawr iawn :)

INCREIBLE!!! tal cual está descrito. muy cerca del centro, aparcamiento gratuito y fácil, todo muy limpio, con todos los lujos que tendríamos en casa y mucha más. la bañera grande y la sauna, espectaculares. todo la zona muy limpia, confortable, tranquila e íntima. Y me dejó lo mejor: Gunila muy atenta a todo lo que pudiese necesitar !!!! muy agradecido por disfrutar de su casa.

Superbe appartement! Le lit est très confortable, la cuisine et la salle de bain très spacieuse. Nous avons garer la voiture devant la maison et pris le bus pour aller au centre ville ( devant la maison). L’environnement est très beau et paisible.

Jakob ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns persönlich empfangen. In der schön eingerichteten Wohnung fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Den Garten durften wir jederzeit benutzen. Mit der S-Bahn erreicht man die Innenstadt schnell und der Hellerup Bahnhof ist sehr nah. Wir danken Jakob und Les für ihre Gastfreundschaft und wünschen ihnen alles Gute.

A lovely basement apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Copenhagen.Beamed ceilings, comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with luxury toiletries supplied and a quiet garden space to the rear where you can meet the cats and rabbits.Beautifully decorated , it is such a cosy and welcoming place to come back to after a day in the city. It is also extremely conveniently situated for the bus stop from the airport and for the journey into the centre. Thank you Helle, for a wonderful stay.

Wir haben uns in unserer Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus lag in einer ruhigen Umgebung und verfügte über einen separaten Eingang, was für zusätzliche Privatsphäre sorgte. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch ein eigener Parkplatz war vorhanden. Besonders schön war der gepflegte Garten, der zum Verweilen einlud. Die Lage war ideal für unsere Ausflüge. Direkt vor Ort konnten wir starten, und dank der guten Busverbindung war Malmö bequem ohne Auto erreichbar. Die Umgebung war landschaftlich sehr reizvoll, und in nur wenigen Minuten Fahrzeit erreichte man das Meer. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment. The location and views were amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host provided many brochures, maps and a cute welcome sign. We appreciated so much that she had laundry soap available for us to wash our clothes. The host responded immediately to all questions. Definitely will stay here again.

Very happy we landed on Anders’ condo. Location was very central to everything, we never needed to have a car or even a bike. We were able to explore all of central Copenhagen on foot. Bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc… The condo itself is very clean, high ceilings, spacious, comfortable bed, high end appliances, pretty art, overall a very nice aesthetic. Anders was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. 10 out of 10.

Le logement est décoré avec goût et les accessoires pour la cuisine sont très complets en plus de quelques condiments très utiles, belle surprise.. Lit, fauteuils et serviettes très confortables. Il y a aussi certaines petites attentions qu’on ne retrouve pas ailleurs, ex: fer plat en plus du séchoir à cheveux (qui fonctionne très bien). Charlotte est très à l’écoute et répond très rapidement. On peut vraiment sentir qu’elle souhaite que notre séjour soit des plus agréable. Un seul bémol : escalier menant à l’appartement trop étroit et certaines difficultés à manœuvrer les bagages.
