A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

With 300m from the beach, this small well-planned house of 50sqm is perfect for the couple's holiday or for the family with 2 adults and 2 younger children (2-12 years). Proximity to kiosk, 2 km to the city center with both service and restaurants, cinema and shops. Good communication to both Malmö and Copenhagen. For those who like kite surfing, there are plenty to explore. Access to bike + wood can be provided. Any pets should be kept leashed in the garden during outdoor stay as parts of fences are missing.

Attefallet is located on our property about 20 meters from our dwelling house and shares a garden with us.

Huset ligger 300 meter från Kämpinge sandstrand och ca 2 km från Höllvikens centrum där det finns både mat- och klädesaffärer samt många fina restauranger att välja på. Bilavstånd till många fina golfbanor. och på ca 3 minuters gångavstånd finns busshållplats som tar dig in till centrala Malmö med alla dess möjligheter. Huset är fullt utrustat och möblerat. With us you are close to most things, miles of sand beach, a mall with large grocery store, system company and shops, a center with restaurants and service shops (hairdresser, naprapat, beauty salons), tennis courts, padel and several beautiful golf courses. An incredibly beautiful resort – all year. The proximity to Denmark and Copenhagen, the nature reserve Måkläppen for seal safari and Ljungen for beautiful views and nature.

A nicely done small cabin for two people located in the forest near the sea. There is no traffic and the area is very quiet. Just right for someone who wants to take a break from the city noise. It is preferable to have your own transport.

We booked this little cottage for our vacation in Sweden. It was as advertised and as shown in the photos, nicely furnished in the family's yard. It was all important and clean. Communication was easy and good. Around the small town there was a wide landscape and nature. We had a nice time here and felt comfortable.

Nice private tiny house! With the provided bikes you can be at the beautiful dunes beach in 5 minutes. I had no car and it was no problem. Even went to the sauna 8km away by bike. Fully recommend!

Jarrod and Maria's accommodation was really ideal for us as a young family. It was particularly nice that it was very easy for our child to move freely, both in the apartment and out on the terrace and in the garden. The flat is very conveniently equipped. Everything is available, not only for holidays, but also for everyday life. Arriving by public transport was very easy, as the stop is right in front of the house. The bike rental across the street was also very convenient. And the view of the sea from the apartment was very nice!
