Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Höllviken

My husband, our 2 Labrador dogs, and I stayed at Josefin's and Christoffer's beautiful guesthouse. The cabin is clean, has all the amenities needed and is very cozy. The beautiful decorations made us feel right at home. We enjoyed walking the dogs at the dog beach near by and through the grass/forest areas around the guesthouse. The bicycles are a great plus because you are in 10 min. at the beach and restaurants.

Harald is so kind and responsive, and was super flexible with us and our specific travel needs re:checkin times. The place is beautiful and the area very lovely ❤️ overall, we all agreed we would love to come back!

Lovely Sea view property. Enjoyed our stay there. Peter is very friendly and responsive. Both his cats were too cute.

Our stay went very well. The neighborhood is very quiet. The seaside is 3 min by bike crossing the Flommen golf course. All nearby bike paths to get to Falsterbo and especially to Skanör in 15 min. The house is super bright, very pleasant to live in. Perfect.

Line’s cottage is a poem, so beautiful and special. She is also a wonderful host, accommodating and friendly and gave us lots of great tips for exploring the city. She even greeted us with warm coffee and pastries.

We love the location: a 10 minute walk along a forest path to the beach (which passes the Falsterbo Kyrcka), a short walk to town center, and also to Flommen. I particularly appreciate the lovely sunroom and well-equipped kitchen in this house. Very comfortable staying here and we plan to return!

We had an amazing stay in Stinas cozy cabin. The design is awesome and the best was the outside shower. Taking a shower while the moon is rising is something very special. Stina had great tips and helped us to plan our excursions. Everything was just perfect. We’re really looking forward for another stay in the cabin. Stina and famyli thank you very much.

Jarrod and Maria's accommodation was really ideal for us as a young family. It was particularly nice that it was very easy for our child to move freely, both in the apartment and out on the terrace and in the garden. The flat is very conveniently equipped. Everything is available, not only for holidays, but also for everyday life. Arriving by public transport was very easy, as the stop is right in front of the house. The bike rental across the street was also very convenient. And the view of the sea from the apartment was very nice!

The place was beautiful!! The beds felt great to sleep on. Maria was more than helpful. She walked you through the place and gave some helpful tips. If you need recommendations, she will certainly help you out with what you need and want. Even though it was a basement unit with no sunlight, it was no problem for us. The space itself felt big and cozy. Thank you! We will be sure to come back again!

We had the opportunity to enjoy Anders and Melany's beautiful apartment for 10 days! Our hosts were always at our side with good advice. We explored the surroundings, especially with our bicycles. Malmö and Lund are easily accessible on well-signposted bike paths, and we were thrilled with the conditions for cyclists. We were also impressed by the public transport! The apartment is really amazingly well equipped and cozy! But the most impressive thing is the incredible view of nature right outside the door at all times of the day! We had an all-around beautiful time and can highly recommend the apartment

The accommodation is very good if you don't want to stay centrally in Malmö. By car, you can reach 25 minutes to both Malmö and Lund. We felt very comfortable; everything is clean, modern and new. Charlie and Johanna are very nice hosts. Communication was flawless and totally friendly! We definitely recommend the apartment.

The room had what we needed and was perfect for our overnight stay. Very friendly and nice reception so we felt welcome!

The location of the apartment is really fantastic: by a small walk in nature you can reach the beach and the port of Skanör in 10 minutes with many restaurants. The shopping facilities with a good assortment are also easily accessible on foot. Communication with Mats was very straightforward, accommodating and extremely fast (within seconds!). Mats is a very likeable host. You get a guest book with many practical tips and excursion opportunities. So you don't have to buy a guidebook:) The apartment is very nice and sleeps 4 people. Our son really appreciated the available board games. I can recommend this apartment and thank you Mats for letting us be his guests.

Had the most gorgeous stay at E & M's place. Being a frequent visitor to CPH for work/pleasure reasons, I've had my fair share of AirBnBs recently and I will, without a doubt, return here! Firstly, as hosts, E & M are just wonderful - excellent comms and made me feel totally at home without overwhelming me with info. As for the space itself, it is beautiful. Spacious, clean, with an abundance of character. The welcome bottle of wine was SUCH a lovely touch. The space is well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring CPH and one thing that really really stood out for me was how quiet it was. Having stayed in a lot of central CPH apartments, etc I have grown so used to being woken up at ungodly hours by bin collections and merry people leaving bars, whereas my stay here was so, so peaceful. The garden is beautiful and a really unique addition. I didn't get to enjoy it as much as I hoped thanks to rain, so will definitely have to return! Diolch yn fawr iawn :)

Great place to stay, i recommend

Beautiful apartment! The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom very spacious. We parked the car in front of the house and took the bus to the city center (in front of the house). The environment is very beautiful and peaceful.

Jakob is very personable and welcomed us personally. We immediately felt comfortable in the beautifully furnished apartment. We were allowed to use the garden at any time. By S-Bahn train, you can reach the city center quickly and Hellerup train station is very close. We thank Jakob and Les for their hospitality and wish them all the best.

A lovely basement apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Copenhagen.Beamed ceilings, comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with luxury toiletries supplied and a quiet garden space to the rear where you can meet the cats and rabbits.Beautifully decorated , it is such a cosy and welcoming place to come back to after a day in the city. It is also extremely conveniently situated for the bus stop from the airport and for the journey into the centre. Thank you Helle, for a wonderful stay.

Remy and Monica s place was clean comfortable and very well organised . The space was extremely clean. Remy proactively helped us with local transport and was quick to respond to our queries . They were amazing hosts…highly recommend a stay at their space

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment. The location and views were amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host provided many brochures, maps and a cute welcome sign. We appreciated so much that she had laundry soap available for us to wash our clothes. The host responded immediately to all questions. Definitely will stay here again.

Very happy we landed on Anders’ condo. Location was very central to everything, we never needed to have a car or even a bike. We were able to explore all of central Copenhagen on foot. Bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc… The condo itself is very clean, high ceilings, spacious, comfortable bed, high end appliances, pretty art, overall a very nice aesthetic. Anders was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. 10 out of 10.

Felt right at home in Charlotte's home. Cozy yet modern apartment that's beautifully designed and furnished with all the amenities you may need. Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Convenient location right next to public transportation and walking distance to the city center. Charlotte was also very friendly and responsive!
