We decided last minute to take a long weekend over Memorial Day up to Saugutuck. This place was available and met all our requirements. it was super easy to walk to everything in town and was part of the social district so could walk back with our drinks. The host were right next door and helped with checkin and showed us where everything was in the condo. It was a great place to stay and had all the amenities that we needed.

Had a great time a really cute nice clean place. The beds were comfy. The linen was amazing. Definitely recommend would stay there again.

Great location in downtown South Haven. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. The space worked well for our family with two little kids.

The condo is very clean, modern and has nice touches. Tammie and John were great communicators, quick to respond and thoughtful. The condo is a quick drive into Grand Haven and Holland with lots of great options. Highly recommended!

This was a great vacation stay spot for me and my reuniting family! The property was absolutely stunning with everything you would need for a nice stay, beautiful furniture inside and outside the house! The tiki bar area with a tv and fan was by far our favorite spot to hangout. This was an absolutely amazing place and experience and would 10/10 recommend this stay for all future guests!!

Everything about Kelli's place is fantastic. The home is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The location can't be beat -- close to the heart of Grand Haven, great views of the channel, close to the park to hang out. Sitting on the porch watching boats and people go by was a highlight. Kelli was very responsive and helpful for whatever we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay. The condo is lovely with everything one needs to be comfortable. The location is ideal for shopping, walks and visiting Grand Rapids. We will definitely stay here again.

We lost electricity for two days due to a storm, and Matt was kind enough to refund our money for those days even though, of course, he had no control over that. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. We are locals that needed a place to stay during some home renovations. We loved the location. We considered renting a place down by the lake but we chose to be close to all the shops and restaurants and we were very pleased with that decision. The Lake/beach is an easy and pretty walk. Juniper was very accommodating with our dog. We loved the layout and space. The table top shuffle board was a fun add. We highly recommend this place.

This was the perfect place for us and our out of town guests to stay for our wedding. It was spacious and clean. It had fun amenities. It was walkable to all of the bars and restaurants. Just be careful of the spiral staircase if you do go to the bars!

This is a beautiful old house that inside is very clean and modern—the best of both styles!. There are tons of other Victorians in the neighborhood, many of them also being renovated. I was in Muskegon for a family event, and this place was easy driving distance for our activities. There is a nice little park a few blocks away, but mostly fast food and dollar stores in walking distance. Everything inside is very new and efficient, and the curved window in the living room is a nice touch.

We had a great weekend in South Haven celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary with our 2 month old at Lisa’s place. It was exactly as described, clean, and in a great location. Check in and communication were excellent. We’d definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our family. There was lots of space for my kids in the house and outside. The neighborhood was walkable and we enjoyed all the restaurants and shops. The outside was large, we played games, had a fire and grilled out. Would definitely recommed!

We loved our stay at the holiday hill! We wanted a quick getaway for just My husband and I, and this was the perfect spot. Cozy, close to everything, immaculately cleaned, renovated, we loved it so much! We will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach and grocery stores as well as a quick ride into downtown South Haven. The neighborhood was peaceful to walk through. The pool was a great! We hope to stay there again soon.

Great place, great location, easy to walk almost everywhere. The private beach was great. Patio and pool were well maintained and peaceful. Only downside is lots of stairs but really great place would stay there again for sure.

We needed a place to stay for a week while shopping for a vacation home, and this property was conveniently located on the same street as two of the homes we were considering. It allowed us to experience the neighborhood firsthand. We had a great time during our stay! It was just a three-minute walk down the steps at the back of the property to the bustling downtown area. The place was wonderful, and having access to the pool was an added bonus!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

Our family had a great time. The unit was so nice and provided enough space for our family of four to spread out. Our kids loved the pool and the beaches close by. The unit also felt very clean and well taken care of.

Kim’sBeautiful spot by the Kalamazoo River was super clean and so relaxing! Watching the boats/river traffic go by on the shared deck was ideal! The renovated space is beautiful and provided many amenities. Our stay was after Labor Day, so the chain fairy was not operating. This made for a bit of a drive to the main part of Saugatuck proper, but very easy traffic and many many wonderful restaurants to choose from! Saugatuck is very walkable with lots of eclectic shopping and tasty spots to eat! We enjoyed the fantastic climb up to Mt Baldy- a must see!! And exquisite Oval Beach is just a very short drive/hike to see the sunset or enjoy that irreplaceable Michigan shoreline! What a gem of a spot!!
