Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Holiday Island

Hazel's Place is a perfect little gem on the historic road leading to downtown Eureka Springs. It's a private oasis (with plenty of parking), yet just a few hundred yards from bustling shops and restaurants. Great location and a well-appointed getaway with a beautiful front porch and a private back patio. We loved our stay!

We loved this space! I brought my grandson and two of his cousins (all teens) and the loft was perfect for them. I also brought my dog and he loved the outdoor space where there was a nice little side yard for him to roam around and sniff everything (supervised because its unfenced but still away from any traffic). This little house is somehow very cozy and roomy at the same time. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The beds were super comfy and the large shower was awesome. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. There was no problem with plumbing or A/C, and all appliances were modern and worked as they should (not always the case with these older homes). Finding the place and parking was a breeze as long as you follow Micha's specific instructions, which I appreciated. She was great about providing so much information, and being very responsive. The house was a pleasant walk to downtown, and a great deal considering how nice everything was. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

The home is beautiful, the wooded seclusion felt like we were in our own home, this was my first trip ever to Rogers Arkansas and i loved everything about it and i would highly recommend the stay to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is in a perfect location, beautiful, immaculate and exactly as pictured. Neighborhood is fabulous. Loved sitting on the front porch. Eureka Springs is a hidden treasure, and we will return because we didn't have time to see it all. People are so friendly, great restaurants, and so many places to see. Dalton is very responsive and provided us plenty of helpful info on things to do and places to see. Tram tour is so worthwhile, and we certainly used our two-day trolley pass.

This was the perfect place to have a retreat for my group. Plenty of space, wonderful view, and just a peaceful environment. Rebekah was incredible - a great communicator and always there to answer questions. Will 100% return.

We were in town for a concert and hiking. The Shack was the perfect location for us, right in the middle for everything we did. The Shack felt like home, it was super clean, and Kurt was so nice! We will definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay at this wonderful cottage. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Jan messaged us as soon as the property was cleaned allowing us to check in early. She also left us a personal note and provided tons of information about things to do in the area. Parking downtown was crowded as always and staying here allowed us to take a short walk down the hill instead of looking for parking.

This cottage was the perfect place to relax and we felt comfortable both days we were there. It is very cozy and we loved the decor. We decided at the last moment to add another night and Christopher was very accommodating and made it easy for us. He is great at communicating with his guests and the instructions were spot on!! We will definitely stay there again!!!

Beautiful location and a great stay at the Benton Place Inn. Most everything was walkable during our 4 day stay. Would definitely recommend here, and would stay here again!

The location was also ideal—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. What an amazing stay! We stayed at just the right time to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, sitting on the deck. We even had a couple of deer come close to the deck! The apartment is beautifully finished and extremely clean! Great amenities available. The views are beautiful. The host was super! They reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and very clear instructions on getting in and amenities available.

Having a Airbnb for a couple years, this was our first stay at one! Mary was very accommodating to me and all my questions. We enjoyed the stay and enjoyed the hot tubs. The place was very clean and both the bed linens and bath towels etc. were comfy and high quality. I would recommend to other guests.

Already requested to book another stay. Loved the area. The host has put in a lot of work making the outdoor property beautiful. Laid out in the hammock very late and felt safe with all the path lighting. Very clean and comfortable. Minor negative was the road was a little rough getting to the property but we saw a few small cars on it managing just fine. Easy to get to eureka springs and to the lake. Excited to go back and spend an extra night.
