Fantastic apartment in a great location! Just steps from the historic city walls. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed with a separate kitchen/dining area that has everything we needed, including washer/dryer. The historical building added authentic character while offering modern conveniences. Walking to the Shambles and other attractions was effortless. Couldn't ask for a better base to experience this beautiful historic city. Frank was very responsive and helped out a couple times. Would definitely book again, if we find ourselves in York in the future!

We had a great stay in York, lovely street to stay on with plenty of brunch places and restaurants next door.

We enjoyed our stay at Frank's property. It was very to locate. We walked on foot from the train to the property which was also fairly close by. Would definitely stay here if I'm ever in York again.

Lovely place, very clean and comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking. Very nice bed. Great location near bus stop. Would book again!

A wonderful stay in York, we didn't want to be in the centre but with the bus stop at the end of the road it was a 15 minute journey into town and the train station (number 1 bus was the best to take). Quiet location, the place was lovely, clean and just what we wanted. Comfy beds and nice big sofas to chill. Would highly recommend and will definitely like to return. Thank you Jen

Lovely cosy apartment overlooking the River right at the heart of York! Francesca was really helpful with all enquiries. A delightful place to stay!

This apartment was absolutely ideal for my niece and I . It is very well located for easy access into and out of the city centre. An easy walk or short taxi ride. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very spacious, and we felt right at home . Barry, our host was friendly, helpful and only a phone call away.

Nicole apartment was 1st class,modern, large, bright, spotless and quite, we could not fault it. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Nicole left clear and easy to understand instructions for keys etc. The apartment was just 7/8 minutes from Shambles Market and the City tourist attractions we managed on foot. Plenty of food shops Waitrose etc. As well as plenty of eating places/restaurants nearby. We had a meal at a restaurant called "Ate O'clock" it was delicious, will definitely go there again. We look forward to booking Nicole apartment on our next visit to York

What a find! Absolutely perfect for our three night stay in York. Secure parking with EV charging and we didn’t use the car at all once we’d arrived. 45 minute pleasant walk to the centre or bus stop literally right outside the door. Also got an Uber back after a night out and was less than £8. There are local pubs and shops within a few minutes walk too. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, absolutely spotless, with comfy bed and good quality bedding. Carolyn is an excellent host, great local info and perfect level of communication…providing all the information and responsive to messages but also left us in peace :)

Thank you so much for the lovely stay! Comfy, cosy place and the decoration is so pretty! Brilliant access to local park and ride and we used that everyday to get into York! We came from Norfolk, so would definitely stay again. Very responsive but also let us stay in privacy which we really appreciated.

The accommodation was great, had everything we needed and use of a washing machine. Beautiful area, and easy to walk into York, although a bus stop and local shops not far from annexe. Angie welcomed us, and we had a few bits to see us through overnight ( breakfast, milk, butter and coffee), until you could shop the next day. A nice touch wasvthe creme eggs leftvforcus ascwe arrived on Easter Monday. Again Angie saw us on the last day and asked us how are stay was and if everything was OK. All in all a great stay, and lovely holiday. Would highly recommend staying there, and would book there again should we go back to that area. Easy access to so many places.

Our stay was everything we dreamed of. Perfect and beautiful place in perfect condition, clearly had care and attention put into every detail. Hosts were responsive and friendly, making sure we knew we could reach out should we need to. Would absolutely recommend a stay here

Kim was the most amazing hostess we have experienced. Her communication and the time she took to explain everything down to the smallest detail were truly amazing. The apartment is in such a wonderful location; so close to the train station, York Minster, the Railway Museum etc. It is spacious and well maintained, making our stay in York just perfect. Very much appreciated the responsiveness, detailed communication, the amenities, the state of the apartment, and the welcoming touches. This was a busy trip for me and Bev did a great job in ensuring that there was no stress around accommodation.

Very well located, everything felt very close by. It was well presented and very clean and modern. Secondary glazing helped a lot with expected city centre noise and it was peaceful at night. Very well equipped. We will be back.

We booked here for a girlie weekend away. The host was prompt with replies to messages, and any queries we had. The apartment was spacious, big rooms and clean decor. All but 1 bedroom was ensuite, but had the use of the main bathroom as noone else needed to use it. The view onto the gardens outside the front was lovely. We managed to get a sunny weekend so spent sometime out on the grass. Close to city centre and train station 5 minute walk. Overall a great experience and would return. Many thanks 😊

Great place to stay for our friends hen party.. appears like a house in the pics but its actually an apartment with a lovely outdoor terrace and hot tub. Spoke to host who advised us to pull up and offload the car outside the property, and then move to suitable places to park nearby. Great place for a weekend with friend, had everything we needed

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Everything with the accommodation was as we expected. The apartment was excellent and we all loved the hot tub 😀

As a solo traveller looking for some peace and quiet, it was absolutely ideal. The village itself is beautiful but also very, very quiet - no shops, restaurants or pubs so do be mindful if you're wanting somewhere that has these to offer. The only downfall I would say was that the hot tub was available (you need to book a slot) at an extra fee (£10 for myself for a 2hr session) which doesn't seem much, but given the total cost of the stay, I did expect it to be included - however it was still a lovely experience and the shared garden is lovely if you're just wanting to unwind outdoors.

A brillaint stay in a beautiful house! The location was perfect being just a 5 minute walk from Headingley and had everything you need. The house was better than the photos and the host was really helpful. The little touches with the engagement balloons and bottles of processo were lovely. I would definitely recommend this stay, the whole hen party loved it and had a brillaint time
