Our child-friendly house is located on a closed road with a path to the forest and beach. There is a nice view. The garden is large and has several terraces. There is plenty of space in this spacious and unique home. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom/toilet. There is a mini kitchen with 2 hotplates, a mini fridge, and oven. Private entrance and exit to the terrace. No stairs. You can walk along the water - through the forest to Aarhus city center. It is 5 km. Bus stop just around the corner and shopping 1 km from the home

Enjoy your vacation in this unique and quietly located cottage high up in the Mårup hills. There are wide sea views from all sides. You will be staying in the middle of nature with a direct view of Busdalen, which was formed during the last ice age. With fields, horses and cows as the closest neighbors. The only way up here is the 1.3 km gravel road that goes through the courtyard of our neighbor and up to our cottage and the neighbors in the two cottages at the end of the road. It is 2.5 km to shopping and the beach at Mårup harbor.

The apartment also has a large private, sunny terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner in peace and quiet. It is possible to make an extra bed on the sofa in the living room. I rent out my cozy 2 bedroom apartment located in Aarhus C. The apartment has an integrated kitchen and living room, of which the back part of the room is furnished with a sofa and TV. In the apartment, there is also a spacious bathroom with washing machine. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and there is direct access through the living room to the terrace, which has morning and evening sun. Paid parking in front of the apartment complex, or possibility of free parking at Trøjborg (about 10 min walk)

Cozy and new home for the family, couple or friends in the new and popular district of Aarhus Ø. The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

The balcony with afternoon sun is facing a lovely, quiet backyard and from the living room there is a view of Ingerslevs Plads where there are food- and flea markets several times a year. Around the corner are Jægergårdsgade and Bruunsgade full of small shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is also our artistic workshop. So you must love the rustic 😊

The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober.
