Our child-friendly house is located on a closed road with a path to the forest and beach. There is a nice view. The garden is large and has several terraces. There is plenty of space in this spacious and unique home. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom/toilet. There is a mini kitchen with 2 hotplates, a mini fridge, and oven. Private entrance and exit to the terrace. No stairs. You can walk along the water - through the forest to Aarhus city center. It is 5 km. Bus stop just around the corner and shopping 1 km from the home

The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

You have your own access to a nice basement apartment with a separate bedroom, living room and bathroom. Pets are welcome, there is free parking and the possibility of an extra bed on the sofa. The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.
