Cottage in the heart of Småland

Cozy Swedish cottage in the heart of Smålands to unwind and recharge. From the house, the path leads directly to the forest on various walking and hiking routes, swimming lakes are easily accessible, countless excursion destinations are in the range of 30-60 minutes by car (Astrid Lindgren Welt, Öland's animal and amusement park, hiking routes, high ropes course, moose parks, etc.). The cottage is also well habitable in autumn/winter, when staying during the heating season electricity is charged separately.

Lovely lake house with Hot Tub

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) on the grounds with open spaces. The residence offers a terrace facing the lake with barbecue facilities and sun deck. There is a soapstone stove in the house that can be burned in. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowing boat, Ryds 390 There is also a warm electrically heated hot tub available with 39 degrees all year round (note! No bubbles only cleaning) Guests bring their own bed linen and towels as well as charcoal and firewood for the barbecue.

Gretabo - an idyllic time capsule in a unique row city

Relax with the family in this peaceful home located in a nice unchanging town town (like the kids in Bullerbyn). Drageryd village is a time capsule where you can see clear traces from bygone days. Even though you live in the middle of the village with people around you, you can feel private. The host has their farm right next to a few houses and if you please, you can probably taste good fresh milk or pet the calves. The silence and starry summer evenings are hard to beat experiences!

Småland

Situated in Fågelfors in the Kalmar county region, Holiday Home Småland features a patio and garden views. This holiday home features free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The holiday home offers a barbecue. After a day of hiking, or fishing, guests can relax in the garden or in the shared lounge area. Oskarshamn is 43 km from Holiday Home Småland, while Berga is 19 km from the property. The nearest airport is Kalmar Airport, 85 km from the accommodation.

Soludden, with its own lake plot!

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind quiet space. Soludden is a brand new built villa with its own beach plot and three docks to choose from for swimming and fishing. Here you can relax and recharge in a private location with only forest and lake as your closest neighbor. A rowing boat is moored at one of the docks. On the terrace you have the best view of the lake and sometimes it can come by the occasional small boat. Some days the pocket will come and do their long dives.

The perfect starting point to explore Småland, Öland and the glass empire. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the daily necessities. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Smaland at its best.

Just a short walk away are a small supermarket, the church and the swimming lake Övresjön - everything for relaxing days in Swedish nature. Typical Swedish vacation home, Stuga - Smaland

I am renting a small holiday home in Smaland (36495 Älghult). It is only a few hundred meters from the lake where there is a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area. Fishing is also possible in this and other nearby lakes. There is only one other house across the street, which is only inhabited in summer. The house is about 50 sqm and sleeps 4 (2 double beds). It is lovingly decorated, we live in it ourselves!

The house is furnished with shower room/toilet, a kitchen as well as living room and bedroom. The house is bright and can be heated with a modern heat pump if needed. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach over an idyllic, romantic forest path.
