The house was amazing—beautifully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. Everything felt very comfortable and thoughtfully put together. The location was perfect—tucked in a quiet area but just a short drive to anything we wanted to do. The host was also incredibly responsive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay again!

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

For us, this was a great stay, beginning to end. Michael was very responsive from the very beginning when I first reached out to him about his property. I grew up in Wilmington, but sadly our reason for being in town was for my dad’s funeral. The house is such a cute floor plan, very modern style. It has just enough furniture but without feeling cluttered. We didn’t use the loft area, but it is a really neat space. We had two large breed dogs with us and we had plenty of floor space for their beds and still be able to move around easily. The bed in the full bedroom sleeps really nicely. It’s on a quiet street, with more than plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Our dogs loved sniffing around in the fenced in part of the yard. It’s conveniently located to several major thoroughfares in mid-town Wilmington so getting around is easy. We also loved the PacMan game. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our third stay with Tony and as always, the whole process was seamless and stress free. He made sure we had all of the instructions we needed for check in, using the property and check out. It’s especially nice to be able to bring our dog with us and have a nice fenced area to use. Our stay was wonderful as always and we’ll be back for Christmas vacation.

The house is in a great location, convenient to the downtown attractions without the city noise. Thank you for the extra touches, snacks and bottle of wine. Fantastic for the dog to have the fenced back yard and we found the bed very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Margaret’s place is high on my list of favorite places to stay! The home was perfect for having a relaxing and comfortable place to stay, along with a lovely backyard to read a book or nap in the sunshine. The kitchen was a great place to cook & eat meals. If you’re a walker, the neighborhood is perfect! I loved walking around and looking at the houses, + meeting neighbors & neighborhood dogs - everyone is so friendly! A true charm.

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

This condo is a peaceful, hidden gem! Views from the front and back deck and a perfect little beach right across the street. We loved it!

Really great location! The beach and theme park area we're an extremely short walk away. The building also had great vending machines, a small arcade, and private showers.

This is our second time staying here. Our host is nothing short of AMAZING. Always responsive and friendly. The place is always clean easy it get to and checking in was simple. We will for sure stay here again.

This was the prefect place for a quick weekend getaway! Host was very easy to communicate with and had a lovely home to stay in! Close access to several public beach access along with the pool! Definitely will be going back in the future again!

My husband and I stayed here so we were within walking distance of live oak pavilion and it was the perfect location, only a 15 minute walk. Great amount of space for 2 people and had a large screened in porch area with plenty of seating for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cool down. Kitchen has many appliances if you’re trying to cook a meal, shampoo/conditioner/body wash were provided in the shower, and there were plenty of extra blankets for someone like me who is always cold. When we first arrived I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to go through the back or front door (half the house is closed off to the owner, but you don’t hear/see them), but after a message to the owner, he very quickly was able to help me. If we go to more concerts, we will definitely be staying here again. As a bonus, I stupidly left my favorite cup at the house and after contacting the host, he offered to ship it to me. Thank you Charles for going above and beyond

I had an impromptu work travel assignment, and had to bring my pups along. Summer’s place was perfect! Even though I was not there for pleasure, I loved being downtown and close to many restaurants and bars - and Unleashed, the best pet store in town! I would love to stay at Summer’s place again, hopefully for pleasure :).

Check in was very simple, good communication our entire stay. We relied on the host guide for food recommendations, and had two amazing meals at places we had not been to before. When we asked about alternate beaches, they responded immediately with suggestions, kept in touch with us the entire trip. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to all things Riverfront. We enjoyed being in the historic area, were able to appreciate mansions, and local pubs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and great location. A lot of nice coffee shops, resturants, and bars. The Oak Pavillion was a close walk so no need to spend money on a ride share app. Bathroom had great water pressure and the laundry unit being right there was nice to warm a towel for post-shower. Parking was a little confusing but Ann st next to the church after the median on 3rd st was free parking. It was 3 blocks away uphill but parking was safe there the whole time and all amenities were close so you can leave your car and walk most everywhere. Great place to stay if you're visiting wilmington or (like we did) going to a concert.

One of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect… close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The space was modern, spotless, and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Can’t recommend this little spot enough! Corner lot which is perfect so it’s semi-private! We took our dog with and although the fence was low we just kept him on leash when letting out! Easy easy walk to downtown and historic area - river walk. Totally a fine drive to beach - no problems at all. Simple parallel and back of house parking. Beds and linens were so dang comfy!

Absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was in the perfect location super walkable to everything we needed. The space itself was adorable, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless and so well maintained. It had everything we could’ve asked for and more. Already looking forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our time at Mary’s place. It’s tastefully decorated and well equipped. The design of the space has obviously been well thought out. One of the best AirBnB’s we’ve stayed in! The neighborhood is convenient to downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk — a perfect location for exploring Wilmington and surrounding beaches. The historic neighborhood is definitely in transition, but we felt safe there, walking our dog and heading to the local park on foot.
