Apartment holiday rentals in Historic District, Wilmington

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

We came into Wilmington to see The Black Keys in concert and have never been to this part of NC before so we were very pleased to see this listing. What sold us was the location and water view and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, equipped with everything we needed and we were close to everything. It's a lovely place to stay and if we ever return to Wilmington we will want to stay there again.

It was the perfect place for a quick work trip! The place was cute, and the perfect size for a couple!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

Great stay on the Cape Fear riverfront in Wilmington. Mike's condo was as described on airbnb, extremely clean, easy check in, etc. Great location - central to the historic downtown, and walkable to everything. Mike communicated everything from check-in to check-out clearly and attentively. Highly recommend, and would stay here again on my next trip to Wilmington NC.

We loved Chris’s place. It was perfect walking distance to local restaurants. There was music playing late at night but we were supplied with ear buds if needed. However, we didn’t need to use them. Great location. Cute apartment. I would definitely recommend.

it was a lovely stay, but way you checked in at 3:00 p.m. and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. So I don't feel it was quite worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we had to do some of the cleaning at the end. we're not really cleaning, but just you know start the laundry and what not. the location's great. I don't think there was enough mentioned on the steps on the ad about the steps that you have to to go up in order to get into the condo. it's quite a bit and if you've got suitcases or anything you can't roll them in so there's an enormous amount of steps and that was a concern or a slight problem. The place itself was cozy and comfortable and clean and lovely.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Mira-Mar's vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, which made everything super convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

This home was perfect for our group. The home is completely updated and spacious. The listing is accurate. T Daniel has a really great place and we enjoyed our stay.We loved the front porch and back deck to just sit and have our coffee T Daniel was responsive and helpful. When in Carolina Beach again, we will definitely see if this is available.

This rental was exceptional ! We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The cooking pans, cups, plates, utensils, oil, coffee made it very easy to be there!. It was clear this family just wanted us to share in the beauty of their convenient location to several beaches and fun, while being able to get away and enjoy the peaceful place. The linens were very clean! We had someone staying above us and never even heard their feet. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

My wife and I enjoyed the home and hated to leave great views of the ocean and boardwalk area walkable to everything the place was clean and felt like home Kimberly was very quick to respond and friendly we plan on coming back

Really great location! The beach and theme park area we're an extremely short walk away. The building also had great vending machines, a small arcade, and private showers.

This is our second time staying here. Our host is nothing short of AMAZING. Always responsive and friendly. The place is always clean easy it get to and checking in was simple. We will for sure stay here again.

Our 2025 Summer vacay to Carolina Beach was truly one for the record books. As a single girl dad of two (9/15) location is key. This condo is absolutely peak and checked all the boxes. Right on the beach on the 4th floor the family room/balcony sets the ultimate beach vibes the moment you walk in. My 9 year old and I woke up daily to walk the beach at sun rise, on our first morning it felt as if we had the beast ourselves. We saw dolphins as the sun was breaking the horizon and it was absolute magic. After the sunset we'd walk to the boardwalk to get Crush n Grind coffee and play their ring hook games. Followed by Britt's Donuts then back to the condo to wake the teenager. Everything is within walking distance and there is something for EVERYONE. We chartered a boat to shark tooth island with the incredible Captain Sheila's and Chloe with Island Time Water Tours. Found so many shark teeth that made core memories for a lifetime. Great stay at Gregory's condo. Enjoyed both balconies, which had comfortable furniture and front balcony has 2 views of the ocean! Two beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided, which was nice since we flew. Pier with tiki bar, food and ice cream is a block away- really nice views too! Pool was an added bonus!

Loved this spot! Close to the water with a great view, easy access to restaurants and parks. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Wilmington!

Clean, comfortable and well located right on the ocean. Short walk to the public beach access. Enjoyed casual dinner and live music at the Sea Witch a few miles away.

Renee and Bill were awesome. I messed up my travel dates, and they really worked with me. A+ The place is awesome, we dined on the desk every meal, which has a great view of the ocean. You don't need to rent chairs or an umbrella, they have it all, including a great beach wagon to haul everything you need to the beach. Recently remodeled, the place was spotless. Also the most comfortable mattress of any place I've rented, hands down. We will be renting this place again, I don't think you can do better.

This was one of my favorite AirBnb’s. I felt right at home from the minute I first entered the door. It was the perfect size and the view was spectacular. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and listening to the sound of the surf. The bed was so comfortable. I wanted to find out the brand of mattress before I left but I couldn’t get the mattress cover off. Bummer! There was one time when I sent a message to the host and didn’t get a response, but it wasn’t for anything urgent so I didn’t bother to try to reach her again. But otherwise, the host was responsive and the instructions were very clear. I would love to come back and visit again someday, it was so peaceful, and the condo complex and town of Kure Beach were wonderful.

Absolutely one of the best vacations. The location is safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. My girls spent most of their days in the pool and making friends. I cant wait to go back :)

My family and I were in town for a wedding. We enjoyed this condo and it was very kid/toddler friendly which was super helpful. There is some construction being done on the building which was a little loud during weekdays. All directions were clear regarding parking and check in. We also appreciated the access to the beach equipment in the locker. Thank you!
