Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hinton

Absolutely the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. The home is beautifully decorated, spotless, and full of warmth—it felt like a true home away from home. The attention to detail, from the stocked kitchen to the welcoming snacks and local coffee, made our arrival so special. The location is perfect: peaceful and safe, yet close to downtown Lewisburg, grocery stores, and nature. We used this stay as a base for hiking, exploring, and dreaming about a future here—and this home made that experience truly rich. Communication with Rachel and Monica was kind and thoughtful throughout. We are leaving relaxed, inspired, and grateful. Can’t recommend it enough—we hope to return soon!

Was a great stay. Very comfortable bed. Internet was pretty spotty, but we had a good signal with Verizon so our phones worked well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and about 12 minutes to downtown Fayetteville and close to lots of hikes. Felt private even though you’re in the owner’s property. Enjoyed their dogs, cat and chickens.

This home and its location is beautiful. The hot tub is a great bonus after hiking and whitewater rafting! Nathan what's incredible to work with and always available!

Place was nice and peaceful and was as described! the porch, gas fireplace and grill were perfect after hiking in new river gorge!

perfect location for National Park exploration. Within walking distance of two excellent trails, and a short drive to the park. host thought of almost everything to inlcude in the space. fun two days in WV!

I had the best stay! I went to Oak Hill since it’s close to New River Gorge and it was so easy to get to the park from the Airbnb. It was also close to plenty of restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable with very cute decor! I had everything I needed and greatly appreciated all of the extra supplies around the house in case I forgot anything. Holly provided clear instructions to find the location and check in. Check in and check out were super convenient and stress free! This was a solo trip and as a woman I felt extremely safe in the house and town. I appreciate everything holly does for her guests, she’s thought of everything! Highly recommend this house or any of her other properties!

Adam was an incredibly kind and thoughtful host. He was quick to respond to my communications and made it clear that if there was anything -- anything -- that I needed for the stay that he was at the ready to help. The house is filled with really nice touches -- beautiful original artwork and pottery, interesting books, soft cotton sheets, OEKO-TEX quilts on beds, locally-made soap, etc. Adam clearly put a lot of thought into making the airbnb a special space. Loved the outdoor swing on the front porch. Great place for morning coffee or tea. : )

Perfect accommodations for our weekend trip. We were able to swing by the cafe for lunch on the way in and were immediately welcomed and the food was great! Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through Sinks Grove!

Rented this spot to go to a wedding at the gorge which was literally down the road you can walk there so close which was amazing. It was just me and the wife but it was so spacious the groom and best men all were at my place to get ready it did not feel cramped at all it was exactly what I needed and more.

This was a great stay for us! Enough space for all of us to hang out comfortably, especially with access to the porch. We had a great time; Hinton is am underrated town, and the area is gorgeous.

Wow! Diana's loft is THE perfect base to spend a week exploring the New River Gorge National Park. Diana and her brother Jimmy went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and welcoming. The decor was lovely. All the amenities were fantastic. And we were extremely grateful for the basket of goodies (and drinks in the fridge). We loved it all! ❤️

OMG!!! Rosy’s place is absolutely AMAZING! It’s beautiful, cozy, clean and close to everything. Our main reason for visiting the area was New River Gorge NP. It was very convenient and super close to several of the park entrances. Rosy was a wonderful host and always available to share suggestions for us. She has gone above and beyond and thought of everything to make her guests’ stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here. If we are back in the area again, we will definitely stay with Rosy!

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The outside hearth and fire pit were fantastic.....never ate a meal at the dining room table.....al fresco dining fireside every night. The place is beautiful...can say that this was the nicest Air bnb we stayed at to date.....everything was thought of from fire starters, a well stocked kitchen, to extra trash bags. It is well run. Regarding Christy, she has been very responsive to any request and she could not be more accommodating. Communication was outstanding. If we are in the area again we would certainly stay at the cabin....its a great location to access the NP.

Amazing location to explore all New River Gorge and surrounding area has to offer! We made a few meals inside the cabin, but had plenty of great restaurant recommendations to try too! We brought our laptops to watch shows on, but were very happily surprised to see TVs had been added to the listing which made for some great nights after our hikes! Check out was amazingly easy! Would definitely be interested in staying here again in the future!

We absolutely loved this spot- it’s one of the most quaint and beautiful airbnbs we stayed at. We were in town visiting a friend who performs at the WV Ren Fair, and this place offered a perfect escape. We sat outside on the porch and saw hummingbirds several times and even heard a whip-or will rare bird at night. It was the most serene and cozy homes you could imagine 10/10- one of my favorite spots I’ve ever stayed

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Catrina was super responsive and kind, and the house was exactly what we were looking for. It was a small, compact, and relaxing home base to explore New River Gorge. A modern bathroom, a nice hot tub, a small fire pit, a scenic backyard, and a fun cabin feel. I definitely would recommend this stay.

We loved our stay at Sherry's Chalet! It was the quiet reset I needed. The space is peaceful and serene. The property offered beautiful scenery and trails right out the backdoor that my dogs loved. Great proximity to Summersville Lake and New River Gorge. Whenever I am back in the area I will 100% stay at Sherry's again and would prefer to over any other accommodations! Do yourself a favor and just book this cabin, Sherry goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best time possible!

Wow! This place goes above and beyond for the peaceful nature lover...true paradise. Cliff and Jill are wonderful people and made us feel right at home. From the mini donkeys, to a soaring eagle, this is a slice of heaven! This one I will return to again and again! Perfect stay for the New River Gorge NP explorer !

This place was in a beautiful location. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy access to trails. Communication with Jerry was great. Would definitely stay here again.
