Our brand-new, tranquil 40 m² apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Strobl and Lake Wolfgang. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stove, dishwasher), children cots, air condition, a washing machine with a dryer, a towel radiator, a bathtub for a relaxing bath, and a garage parking space. For your entertainment or home office needs, we have a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi.

The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

The Jörgenbauerhütte

The Jörgenbauerhütte is located at 1,400 meters on the Gammeringalm on the border of Upper Austria to Styria. In summer, the alpine cattle graze in the meadows around the hut. Since the hut can only be reached via a private forest road, you can only hear the bells of the cows grazing on the alpine pasture. In autumn you can sometimes hear the deer roaring - nothing else.
