Great place, beautiful panorama, clean house

Stayed only one night. Not much time for real experience of the accommodation and the area.

We had an amazing stay at Krista’s place! We were a family of 8, some in their 60s and 70s and rest of us in our 30s, and the house was perfect for our party. It was close to the promenade, many nice restaurants and bars close by, the house itself was private and far enough from the street that there was no noticeable noise. The private access to the pool and beach made the stay unforgettable, we will all be reminiscing on our stay there for a long time!

We had a lovely stay at Livadi Beach, easy walks to beautiful bays and an awesome bakery and many restaurants in the village. The house was very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood.

The place is beautifully decorated and was very clean with high quality wooden finishes. Bruna was a great host who communicated well and was responsive. There is accommodation of some sort being built (construction site) behind the property. Because of this there is some noise through the day when they are working. At night the noise stops, so you don’t have to worry about interrupted sleeping. Noise cannot be avoided if you stay nearer the beach at Dhermj because there is also a lot of hotel construction work going on there too. We would be happy to stay at Bruna’s place again and we would recommend it to our friends.

Anxhela was a great host and her place was amazing for a stay. The pictures reflect the villa very well, which was clean and tidy on arrival. Check in was easy, with Anxhela keeping in contact throughout the stay. The access to the sea is a highlight of this property, also the garden area outside was great. The pool was clean and we used it a lot. Location was brilliant, maybe a 10 minute walk away from the main street in Sarande. Would definitely recommend this villa and the host. A great stay.

A gem home in the highest point of the island. Peaceful with beautiful views

My family of 7 had a very comfortable stay. We loved the water front and the easy access to the water. We will recommend to family and friends to stay in this beautiful location. We like that it was more private and out of the main city but close enough to drive to all the sites. Super friendly staff at the bar, very helpful and informative. ❤️

Fantastic host. Quick and helpful communication all the time, making the stay very easy and welcoming, the place was incredibly clean and completely furnished and equipped with everything from cups to towels to cards and games. 10/10.

We loved our stay here. The apartment felt comfortable and homely, with everything we needed. Claudio is a fantastic host, very helpful and attentive. My young daughters loved how close we were to the play area and the beach. We had delicious local cuisine at great prices. Sarande is an amazing place to visit, the apartment was in the best location, not far away from the center but in a quieter part of the bay. 100% recommend and we would love to return one day. Stayed in this air b&b with 3 of my friends for a week in late May and it was perfect. Location was amazing, many beautiful beaches within 10 minutes walking distance. Several local shops to buy all necessary groceries. Many lovely restaurants to choose from all nearby. The apartment was exactly as listed, great kitchen, 2 good size bedrooms and a comfy sofa bed. Great air con! Lediana was such a lovely host and made sure we had everything we needed for our great stay, we hope to be back! Thank you!

We loved our stay in Sarandë and the apartment was clean, very well located with loads of nice restaurants and cafes around. The sunset from the balcony was amazing.

We had a great stay at Anneta's. The apartment was very clean, functional and very well decorated. The view from the apartment is beautiful. There is a parking lot in front of the residence that allows you to park your vehicle and do everything on foot: restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. Thank you to Anneta for her sympathy and availability. Truly the best place I have been to in all of Dhermi. Jonida’s space is spotless, beautiful, and sizeable. Looks just like the photos! The driveway is a plus and makes getting to and from places easy. My family and I had a great time here. We felt peaceful and fully relaxed. Beautiful views and sunsets! Would 100% revisit again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

This location is quite close to the center and has direct sea views. We went in the late season (early November). It was therefore very quiet. There are some beach clubs directly on the coast, but we have not been bothered by this due to closure.

We had such a comfortable stay at Lana's and it's perfect for groups with lots of space in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine to hand was super helpful given the heat. Our favourite was the view - it was stunning! We really liked the area too as it was close to several restaurants and supermarkets, that are open till late. By drive it's also very close to several landmarks and beaches.

We had a fantastic stay at Grigor’s apartment in Saranda! The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace—absolutely stunning views of the sea and the town, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the water and within easy walking distance of all the best restaurants and bars. It was lively in the evenings, but that’s part of the charm of Saranda—and thankfully, everything quiets down by midnight, so getting a good night’s sleep wasn’t an issue at all. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth—no hassle whatsoever, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Saranda

Laureta’s apartment was really nice and modern! It was a nice location with a really nice beach near and a few nice restaurants at the bottom. Ksamil was only a 10 min drive. Laureta was very active with making sure we were okay and giving us so many ideas of what to do in Saranda, the communication was spot on. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we had a great time :)
