Waterfront holiday rentals in Hilton Head

Beth Allen’s rental unit was very nice! Everything was clean, comfortable and in order with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed easy access to the beach which was what we had most hoped for. The unit is supplied with items such as a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and even a small cooler. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach trip!

Carolyn’s place is wonderful it was perfect for our family of 3. The view and proximity to the beach are incredible! The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable! Ceiling fan in the patio made it some comfortable despite the hot humid weather! Easy walk to Coligny. Pool was nice and could typically get a few chairs anytime of day. A bonus is the use of the beach cabana bathrooms while on the beach! All in all the unit was great and we’d book again!

Best villa to stay at Hilton Head! We were able to check in almost 4 hours early go right out on the beach!!! Outstanding communication from Host! Definitely saved in my favorites.

We were happily surprised to be able to see the ocean in the distance right from our balcony and being so close to the pool/Beach access was a major win for our family with our toddler. We enjoyed the restaurant on site and the activies the resort offers. Will definitely be staying at this location again.

Me, my wife, and our toddler had a lovely stay at Charlie’s place. We loved the location - easy access to Savannah and Tybee beaches. The apartment had everything we needed, and Charlie was a kind and responsive host.

Lovely weekend getaway! The yard was a bit smaller than we'd thought, but just as serene and private as we'd hoped.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well kept. My messages were answered quickly. The little things provided, like beach towels and snacks, were a nice touch. Beautiful location and beach. Would recommend!

Highly recommend this home for family’s with children. We had 8 adults and 6 children with plenty of room. The kids room with bunk beds was perfect! Covered pool area was nice in the afternoons for the kids after being at the beach in the mornings. Hosts were amazing! Julia went above and beyond to accommodate us. We needed a large pot for a crab boil and she bought one for us to use. If we had questions Josh responded in a very timely manner. We would go back and are recommending to our friends.

Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

We loved our stay at Carlos & Marci's place. The location is perfectly located between Savannah and Tybee Island so there is so much to do. The beds are all comfortable and the back deck was wonderful for coffee in the morning. We will definitely stay again.

Great location and amenities! Cesar was super responsive and helpful when we asked for extra blankets and needed help finding the best way to access Sea Pines Beach Club. It was a beautiful home and had everything we needed! Would stay again if we come back.

The Palm Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family's first trip to Hilton Head! The villa was everything we hoped it would be. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, well-stocked with basics, and has a beautiful view looking out the sunroom. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is perfect if you're traveling with young kids. The villa is also near the entrance of Sea Pines, which made it easy for us to come and go as needed. Cory was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful during our trip. There were a few small maintenance issues with the villa and adjacent putting green that occurred during our stay, but Cory went above and beyond to address those (without disturbing our vacation) and make it right for us. Would definitely recommend; we hope to come back!

While I’m not a fan of rolling bathroom doors that do not lock, that prevent 100% privacy,…this last minute rental was convenient, and it was nice to be one house away from easy access to the beach. Place was clean and did NOT reek of Fabuloso, which seems to be how many Airbnbs cover up actual cleanliness…47 Steps is CLEAN. Well stocked kitchen, very important! Not a whole lot of privacy once outside on deck but it still was nice to be able to view a bit of the ocean from up top. I’m sure the Firepit table is cool when in use, but for the deck space, I personally would prefer a lounger or two to catch some sun…all in all it was a neat little two story beach cottage for three nights of RnR after a work trip to Savannah. The beds layout might seem a bit odd downstairs but as a couple who doesn’t actually SLEEP together(SNORING ISSUES), we made it work. It was nice being close by during the night anyway. I’ll give 47 Steps 5 Stars regardless because well… it’s the Beach!

Its obvious that the Boys of HHI know what they are doing! Have stayed in dozens of Airbnb homes and this was at or near the top. Awesome accommodations! Beautiful, comfortable furniture. Uber well stocked kitchen. Love the sunroom with view of the lagoon and egrets. Easy walk or bike to beach. Highly recommended!

This was our first Airbnb booking and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was exactly how it was described. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony taking in all the amazing views. I slept on the comfortable sleeper sofa so I could hear the ocean waves and wake up to the beautiful sunrises. Ambrose is a super host and great communicator! He was very accommodating to my special request due to my asthma. Ambrose left a discount restaurant card that we used and saved some money. Thank you Ambrose for everything. We will be back.

My other and I went on a vacation in Hilton Head and stayed at Philips condo and everything was 5/5! Super clean, welcoming and warm host, the beach was easily accessible, shuttle cart to the beach and many more amenities! I will definitely come back to stay!

I had a great weekend stay at Stephanie’s place. It was clean, quaint and comfortable. Good location and close to the beach. It had everything I needed to make my stay perfect.

We had a great stay at Carolyn's place! It was clean and just as described. The pool & beach are not far, and we enjoyed the amenities of the resort. We ended up eating a couple times at the restaurant on site to avoid the long waits off property and were happy. The beach was more crowded then we are used to (we came prime time summer!) but we still had a great time. We saw some of the fireworks on a night walk on the beach (on Tuesdays) which was fun. We enjoyed the snacks & beach toys! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and this place checked all the boxes! Oceanfront, beach, walking and biking paths, and very peaceful and quiet.

It was great. Very spacious and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The pools were great too. Grady was a responsive host. We had a great time!

Loved my stay here. Nice, clean unit that is beautifully decorated. The location is amazing. You are just a couple minutes walk from the beach, pool and bar. Great hosts as well. Always quick to answer any questions and often provided helpful info before I had to ask. I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else when visiting Hilton Head Island.
