Apartment holiday rentals in Hilton Head

We spent four nights in Laura’s place for spring break in April and it was ideal. Great location and convenient to everything. Really enjoyed her two bikes as well. Laura communicated very well with us and we would highly recommend her place.

Absolutely beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already talking about coming back next year! Having the beach toys, chairs and wagon to use was super helpful and made packing for our trip so much easier. Jodi was very helpful and we enjoyed the recommendation for restaurants and the board games in the cabinet at night. Thank you for everything Jodi!

My wife and I, plus our 2 kids had a wonderful time at Greg’s place. It’s in the perfect location within walking distance to many restaurants and ice cream in Harbour town. We loved waking up to the view of the marina and being able to watch the sunset. Greg was responsive, there to answer any questions we had, and gave recommendations to some local favorites! If you have kids, be sure to take the short walk to harbour town and listen to Greg Russel! He’s truly incredible and was a favorite of ours during our stay. This was our home away from home for a week and we will surely be back! You won’t regret booking this place!

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated the well-maintained clay tennis courts and spent a lot of time enjoying the heated pool, which was a nice bonus. Everything was exactly as described, and we’d definitely stay here again!

A beautiful condo just like the pictures. It was a quiet area, with everything we needed. Having a door code was easy, you didn’t need to find a key every time you got back. Short walk to pool area and a trail to the beach. There was plenty of parking. Keurig coffee pot worked. It was handy to have a washer & dryer.

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon! Terri is a wonderful host, adding special touches to the place to make our stay that much more memorable. Any questions we had were answered quickly. It had beautiful sunrises and moon rises. We definitely plan on going back the first chance we get.

Such a beautiful place with everything you need plus more! Short walk to the beach or huge pool. Plus the perk of a beach bar/ restaurant! Host was very proactive and provided detailed information for a smooth, no hassle vacation! Definitely will stay again!

This condo was super cozy with great proximity to the beach. It was a refreshing get away for our first time in Tybee. We were in town for a concert in Savannah and the drive was super easy. Definitely worth staying by the beach. The beds were so comfy! I slept so peacefully. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay and easy communication :)

Cute beach gem! We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect for a couple, a young family, or friends, family. The space has everything needed and is comfortable. The location is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach, an ice cream shop across the street as well as several restaurants. Great porch for reading, coffee, cocktails. Would definitely book here again.

The place itself and the location were perfect and exactly as described. We'd stayed in the same building once before so knew about the nearby activities, bike rentals, convenience store, etc. This particular unit was spotlessly clean, attractive, very comfortable, and quiet, and it was extremely peaceful, especially sitting on the back deck overlooking the calm canal. The kitchen was very well equipped all around and had every possible amenity we needed (except pepper!). We had/have no complaints whatsoever. The owner was always responsive within a brief time, so our questions were answered very soon after we got in touch with him. The only thing I would suggest is that you organize any visiting guests ahead of time if possible because the guest pass situation at the gate was a bit more complicated than it needed to be. All in all, our stay was absolutely wonderful and we'd strongly recommend the house, location, and owner's management of things overall.

Ty for use of paddle board and tide chart. Newbie here. And, was able to try it, luv’d it! Those jumping fish are CrAzY! Close to crab Shack, bubba gumps, and the hipster shops. Paid to park at beach this time instead of staying g a few blocks away and absolutely no regrets! The sunset on marsh side is spectacular. The amenities are very good. I typically don’t like to stay Dow stairs bc of hearing others move around, but overall this place made up for it. My suggestion for anyone staying g marsh side is definitely do t forget bug spray. A few areas had skeeters. Again ty for the rental!

This is the best rental I ever had, extremely clean and tidy. The host provided everything we needed and I felt like at home during the stay. The host was very friendly and fast responding. Can’t think of anything that’s not positive. Well worth the money and would definitely recommend to friends.

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

We highly enjoyed our trip to HHI! Mike's place had everything we needed and it was great proximity to pool/beach. The site had nice options with pizza delivery/coffee shop on site! We would definitely recommend this location and we would love to come back!!

Lee’s condo was the perfect home base for our Hilton Head vacation! We felt relaxed, safe, and right at home from the moment we arrived. We originally booked for a week but extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to a huge pool, the beach, ocean, tiki bar, and great restaurants. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and had a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony—our favorite place to start and end each day. It was peaceful, private, and made for the most relaxing getaway. The entire property felt safe and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Lee was fantastic—always responsive and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed and more for a perfect beach vacation. We’re already looking forward to booking again! XO

Diane’s place was an excellent decision for my family of 5 (6, 3, 6 months). The beach was roughly a 10 minute was with lugging 2 wagons. She had everything we needed. Groceries were also able to be delivered right to the door from Kroger. She responded very quickly and politely. Highly recommend.

We had the best time on HHI at Christina’s condo. My husband & I took our one year old on her first beach vacation and there was plenty of space! We loved the convenience of the location as well as the patio for our morning coffee. We utilized the trolley in the Sea Pines area which conveniently stops at the condo to get to the beach! We would go back in a heartbeat.

This place was AWESOME! The resort had a little bit of everything. We always had something to do to keep the kids busy. The place: Perfectly described and had everything we needed. High chair, portable crib, baby spoons, beach wagon, beach essentials, etc. We hardly had to bring any of our *extra* stuff because they had it already. The location: The location of the condo was great as far as Hilton Head goes. Close to everything - within 10-20 minutes. We didn’t go very far, but everything was right where we needed it. Beach access: The WORST walk to the beach 😅 The beach wagon was great, but with 2 toddlers, it was LONG. There is a shuttle that goes back and forth, but half the time it was closed. That was our biggest complaint. The Hosts: AMAZING. The best hosts we’ve ever had in our years with AirBnB. Multiple messages sent to prepare us, made sure we got there, made sure we got home safely, and so much more. Simply amazing. I wish they could host all of our trips.

This place is very well maintained, I feel very safe to stay there. Inside is very clean and homely. I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is: when we check out, the front desk girl has very unfriendly attitude and act like that she does not want to see me. After few minutes of putting up with this,I told her: “ can you be more pleasant?”. Then she said : “ I cannot hear you”. I do not understand why this is happening, maybe because I am Asian? All the guests in lobby having breakfast are white. My English is fluent and people have no trouble to understand me,FYI. The front desk girl who has bad attitude towards me is Mexican, maybe she does not like to see Asian? I really don’t understand, but I did not do anything wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. There is a man working on the raffle desk told me : “Welcome staying with us”. I said : “Thank you so much, you are very pleasant!”Then I told him what happened to me. Hopefully this will not happen to other people in future again!!!

Susan’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was exactly as described, and the check in was easy, and the place was very clean it looks just like the pictures and it was cozy and the beach was just a quick walk away. I would definitely recommend Susan’s place to others I will definitely be visiting again!

I loved the place! Everything from checking in to checking out was so easy thanks to Erin. The walk to the beach was super quick and nice which is what we loved the most! Highly recommend booking this place
