Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hillway

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

We had a great time staying here for our family celebration. The house and garden are well equipped. Good location, especially for evening walks to see amazing sunsets. Sarah was so helpful accommodating our requests and recommending local places to eat. This is such a good starting point for visits around the island.

I had such a lovely stay at this charming home by the Southsea coast! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the seafront, with easy access to the pier, local cafes, and beautiful coastal walks. The house itself was cosy, clean, and beautifully styled, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the little garden out back was perfect for a morning coffee or evening wine. Communication with Steph was excellent from start to finish—they were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze.

We had a great weekend, thank you so much. The house is beautiful and made a great base for us. We hope to visit as a family again soon

The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book

Had a lovely stay at the Lodge. It was very clean and comfortable. Commuication from the owner was excellent. It is in a very peaceful location and has 2 pubs within walking distance. It is also within a short driving distance of so many varied places to visit or walk. We went to Bosham, Wealdon Downland museum, Fishbourne Roman palace, and the nature reserve at Kingley Vale and will be back again to do more. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

The Old Chapel was the perfect spot for our family holiday, a beautifully converted property and with great access to all corners of the island. Lu was very helpful from booking through to our stay! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

Such a lovely stay in Porcester! The annex was beautiful in a stunning location with beautiful gardens and wildlife. Would highly recommend staying here! Hosts were so kind and helpful

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Stunning! We had a fab few days here and it’s even better than the photos. Walking in and seeing the view takes your breath away. As well as the stunning view the location is great, v central for town, beach, bus, walks, amazing swims and great eateries. When we were there the road next to accom is blocked by rockfall. It meant the road was lovely and quiet(!) but does make it a longer /hilly walk into town. Wasn’t a problem at all but worth knowing in advance. David was a great communicator, flexible and everything you need to know is in the handy welcome guide. Would love to stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great location which is why I booked it ! Very clean and some nice touches with welcome drink and chocolate. Toiletries supplied as well as dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Very pleased with this accommodation.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

We liked here very much! Place was clean, Creydi helped us with clear instructions, many recommendations and quick responses. The location is right on point, very close to the beach but also in the heart of the city-party! We also enjoyed a smooth, flexible check-in. Highly recommend, especially that they opened another room nearby, in the same pretty style!

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Finn has chosen stylish furniture and decor for this very well equipped holiday home. The photos show all the rooms accurately but the balcony actually has far more comfortable furniture than the photos show., making it a super place to sit and view the coastline. Due to the bay windows , this flat has more far reaching views than other seafront properties we have stayed in. Also, Finn is an attentive host, on hand to solve any issues that may arise. We thoroughly recommend.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

This place is really thoughtfully set-out. There's everything you need and the hosts have gone above and beyond to lay out clear instructions for everything you might need. The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed staying there. We didn't have a car, but were there for an event hosted right next to it - there's not a lot you can easily walk to, so if you're there for a weekend, you might want to bring / hire a car. However, there's a great pub super close by which also does breakfast and has a great playground for kids. Ideal if you're going to do lots of walks / hikes.

Rockpools is a lovely comfortable downstairs apartment in a great location. It’s a building with a characterful history and we’ve now stayed here three times, which tells you something about both the accommodation and the area. Hard to beat! Thank you Katie, I’m sure we’ll be back again!

Robert's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend in southsea. The area of southsea its self is so lovely and probably the nicest location around. The place was perfect with a massive communal Open kitchen and a big front room, great for friends and families to hang out. The bedrooms were actually nicer than the pictures. The garden was great and they had lots of indoor and outdoor games which was good to entertain my niece. The front bedroom was a little loud with the road until about 10pm, but after that it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ cutlery/ cleaning products etc. Perfect place to stay!

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.
