Holiday rentals with a patio in Hillsborough County

This was such a lovely stay! The location and environment was tranquil. The place was cozy and well set-up. I will say the couch and bed were extremely comfortable, I need the same furniture at my home. I was able to cook some meals, everything you need to cook was available (great skillets!). It was a delight to look over the process of the renovation of the manor - to see the work that went in to it was nice. This was a nice retreat for me from the fast life, and this loft was the right stay for that. I highly recommend Vineyard Loft @ Black Locust Manor for a simple, tranquil, and cozy stay.

great place. very close to downtown Manchester. comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms. very accommodating to us for check in and where to park a 20 ft trailer we were towing. Host was very responsive to any questionsthat arose and had maintenance crew there the next day after we noticeda leak after a rainstorm and then even gave us a credit back afterwards for any inconvenience the leak caused us. Great place to stay. Be aware there are lots of stairs, first to get into the unit and then to the upper bedrooms. we definitely got our workout :-) Great place and responsive host

Evan and Rachel were great hosts, very helpful and responsive. Their place was beautiful, very clean and in a great location. I would definitely consider staying here again if needed!

The house is smallish, but big enough for 4 of us to be very comfortable for the two nights we stayed. The beds were quite nice, nice size kitchen, spacious living room and bedrooms. Full size refrigerator came in handy. We enjoyed having our car in the garage to load and unload things. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. While this home is not fancy, it is clean and comfortable. Thank you again, Lei!

Had a great time staying in Manchester. Place was exactly what we needed for 3 people. Was easy to get into the apartment and we did not have any issues whatsoever. There is also a great little bakery right down the street with amazing breakfast. Although we did not need to contact Nancy and others, they sewnt messages prior to arrival and whe nwe were leaving. Only 2 things to be cognizant about, the stairs to get up to the apartment are somewhat steep and there is no parking spot. We had no issue parking on the street.

Innocent’s place was great! My daughter and I stayed 4 days for a Vet conference. We always love this area. His in law suite was private 2 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, living room comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. Innocent met us when we arrived and was nice to talk with. Very secluded private area. The apartment is under owners own living space so you can hear occasional walking. This was no bother to us but, wanted to note. We would recommend and stay again!

We had the most amazing night Robert and Cristal was so friendly and allowed me and my family to use the lake and canoes my kids played with their kids we felt so warm and welcomed they were on site and quickly responded to any needs around would definitely come back again thank you guys so much !

We were in town for my niece's high school graduation and wanted a place for a few family members to stay together. The house was in a nice neighborhood, quiet, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The only thing I would note is that there are no bedrooms on the main level- either upstairs or downstairs- so if you have mobility impaired guests this could be an issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Definitely will stay again in the future. Perfect place for a “master reset”. Very quiet, clean, and the hot tub was wonderful! Zachary was responsive, and the place was immaculate. Very very nice place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Fabulous Lake House. The location is absolutely beautiful, and we were very comfortable during our visit. Mike and Sue are excellent hosts and we felt like family. The location on the lake is private and peaceful, but it was very convenient to get anywhere in the area. We will definitely return in the future! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

We stayed here as a weekend sibling trip and had the best time. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking 5 full meals easily, the yard with the fire pit and sand box were a huge hit, and the house was super cozy and clean. Highly recommend staying here.

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

Family of four stayed for a week while visiting family. As I think one other review may have said, the description is accurate however the space is much more roomy than the photos would have you believe. Two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, incredible kitchen, comfortable beds and a serene location all made this location an incredible space but the small, thoughtful touches like hair towels, cotton rounds/swabs/balls in the main bath made our stay exceptional.

The house itself is very private and lends itself to a great time with friends or family. I highly recommend this for anyone whom is looking. The beach is perfect for playing games with friends whether it be a game of toss, or corn hole. The quarry itself is relaxing and peaceful, definitely worth a quick paddle around at the minimum. The house was spacious, with areas to both gather as a large single group, but also there are places where those whom need it can recharge their social battery. 10/10 can recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Our group of six had plenty of space to relax and enjoy every moment. The home was cozy, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs complete with comfy beds, even with the unexpected rain. One of our favorite memories was game night at the dining table we had lots of room to spread out and share tons of laughs. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and coffee, which made us feel right at home from the start. The location was peaceful and beautiful, nestled near the river. Watching rowing teams glide by was such a fun and unexpected bonus! The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and very family-friendly. The host was incredible, super responsive and helpful, especially as I planned a graduation celebration for our college girl. She gave great local tips and even let us drop off our luggage before the ceremony, which made things so much easier. Overall, this was an amazing stay with thoughtful touches and fantastic hospitality. Highly recommend!
