We had a wonderful stay at this home! Stephen and Toby were great hosts who were easy to work with. Some of the house has been renovated recently and is beautiful. The house was clean and the views were amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Boathouse Suite for a weekend and had a wonderful time! The space is adorable, the scenery is beautiful, and it is exactly as described— rustic chic. Donna Lee was an incredible host; she was so responsive and helpful, and gave great recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area. Donna Lee was also so accommodating and kind when a storm forced us to hunker down for an extra night. The Boathouse Suite was exactly what we were looking for, and I cannot recommend it enough! Thanks Donna Lee!

Had a wonderfully, relaxing stay! The cottage is adorable and reminds me so much of my Gram’s house ♥️ I had asked a question about the Kayaks and no sooner had I walked up from the beach area did I see Burton at the cottage getting the Kayaks out for me! I will say the highlight of my stay was being out on the water sitting in the middle of the pond and seeing one fisherman so far in the distance. It was serenity! Would absolutely stay here again! The fire pit was another highlight. The neighbors were very friendly as well 😊

I grew up on Cobbetts so this was the perfect place for us. The house was right on the water and had a perfect view for sunsets. Dale was a great host and responsive. He even took us for a nostalgic boat ride. A great place to relax yet close to stores and restaurants if needed. I appreciate that this place is dog friendly so we could bring along our pups. We can’t wait to stay again. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything you would need was provided. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and you are all set. The house was even better than described, if that’s possible. The layout was perfect for gathering and just catching up. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside was even nicer. Lots of places to sit and relax. The lake was just a step away. Tanis was also very easy to communicate with. You can tell he really cared about our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

What a peaceful retreat. Beautiful view in a quiet setting. We enjoyed sightings of herons, cormorants, and bald eagles. There is a lot to do in the area and Dale and Sharon are kind and knowledgeable guides. We extended our stay, not once, but twice!! And we are already planning our return trip. Thank you, thank you!!

The property was stunning with a great view of the lake! the kayaks were available for use and really added some excitement to our trip. The house was very nice and appeared to be newly renovated. The view of the lake from the couch was amazing and was a great spot to hang out during a rain storm! The host was very responsive and accommodating to all of our needs (including our dogs). We definitely recommend a stay here and plan to be back!

Enjoyed our time at this home. Definitely better than staying in town at a hotel. I hope future guests will see the beauty and charm and take very much care of the home and its surroundings. if anything, think of how long this home has been there and how it should be respected and taken care of.

Staying just steps from the beach was lovely! We really enjoyed having coffee by the water and reading on the porch. The cottage was comfortable and the surroundings were just gorgeous.

The house itself is very private and lends itself to a great time with friends or family. I highly recommend this for anyone whom is looking. The beach is perfect for playing games with friends whether it be a game of toss, or corn hole. The quarry itself is relaxing and peaceful, definitely worth a quick paddle around at the minimum. The house was spacious, with areas to both gather as a large single group, but also there are places where those whom need it can recharge their social battery. 10/10 can recommend.

Jim’s place is a dream!! The photos don’t do it justice. These cabins are so cute and cozy, and even on our rainy/snowy weekend in March we had a fantastic stay. Views are gorgeous and the setting feels private and peaceful. Jim was super friendly and kindly set up the sauna for us to use. Everyone was comfortable and the cabins were very clean. Check in/out was easy and convenient. Our group really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again!!

Made my graduation weekend a memorable one. My family had loads of fun staying here and getting so see how beautiful New Hampshire is! This place was a part of making a great memory with my family.
