Have stayed at this location many times over the past two summers and highly recommend it!!

This unique building is our favorite place to stay when we visit Manchester. The hosts have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that each room has its own individual flavor expressed through little details that pull it all together. Gatsby's Corner has stylish Art Deco furniture and wall decor, including a clever "Restroom" tin sign posted above the bathroom door. In the kitchenette area of this studio, we found gilt-edged china and starburst drinking glasses. While the city itself is walkable, keep in mind that the apartment building, a former shoe factory, is in an industrial area just south of the Historic Mill District. This history is definitely part of the building's charm as the hosts have retained and restored original interior elements that give the place a nostalgic feel. Perhaps the best thing about this building is that the residents are a neighborhood of their own, and they make guests feel like they are part of the community.

Wonderful stay for a family wedding. Easy access to downtown, with plenty of room space to also enjoy staying in.

Ana waa great. very personable and down to earth. The place was comfortable and lived in but clean. i would definitley recommend and have actually already booked the room again for a futurr stay.

So clean. Everyone you passed by in building were so nice and helpful. The building is very secure and you feel safe. The only thing we would have liked was two key fobs. You need a key everywhere you go in the building even elevators. So two would be great as one walked dogs and the other went to grab coffees. We will definitely be renting again as we have family in NH. Love love love that they accept dogs. Such a nice place to bring them and the building is quiet so my dogs aren’t nervous and barking all the time like in a hotel. Great job RedAwing

This place was so cool and is very affordable! Super cute and funky inside, it's a converted mill-building and has all the fun texture of a mill-building but with an added level of class. 10/10 will be returning to this Bnb!! The host was super kind and helpful as well!

surprisingly quiet loft-like studio room. Only noises I heard were occassional airplanes and semi-trucks pulling in to the logistics place. The sun-blocking blinds were great for jet-lagged travellers. The vending machine in the lobby had common items people forget. Overall, a well-thought-out place where the hosts anticipate your needs. Bed was clean and comfortable too. Id highly recommend this spot for anyone travelling in this region.

This place is simply incredible. A vintage mid century modern gem overlooking a lovely farm with mountains on the horizon. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you could desire to host large family get togethers. Philip was extremely responsive and friendly throughout. My only regret is not knowing how to play the piano. We can't wait to come back in the warmer months to see the farm and garden in full effect. 10/10 recommend.

This place was exactly what our family needed! We had an amazing stay and created unforgettable memories while celebrating our brother’s day-after-wedding party. Everything was perfect!

It was a great experience staying in Katie’s home for our trip to NH! Katie was very welcoming, friendly, and great with communication! She was a responsive host and checked in with us on any additional things we may have needed to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend Katie as a host and would absolutely stay with her again when visiting the area. Her home was clean, private, and quiet ! We had a wonderful time !

This house is absolutely gorgeous and also feels very relaxing at the same time. The views from the house of the lake literally take your breath away. Ewa is very responsive and kind. She accommodated us in ways she really didn't need to and we appreciated that so much. Wifi is great at this house, if you need to work or have meetings. However, you may have issues with reception (depending on your carrier) in the area so be sure to write down directions before going! Also the street is really just the driveway and it's not marked so be sure to follow GPS to know when you have arrived! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's a great house for 2 families to stay together! And the basement with the pool table and ping pong - wow- what a bonus!!

Great getaway spot for a spring trip with the family! Enjoyed exploring the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and spending quality time in this beautiful home.

Alana’s home is a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. I enjoyed staying here during my first few weeks in New Hampshire. The bed is comfy, the cats are friendly, and after a few days it felt like home. It’s nice and quiet too! Best place to stay in NH.

Sarah was a very communicative and gracious host. The home is lovely and luxurious, in a beautiful, natural setting.

This amazing place is in the middle of nowhere and it’s great! The only way you will have phone service is with the wifi! Don’t expect to stay in a pristine, spotless place because you are out in the country on a farm! The comfort, the animals, the communication, the beautiful landscape and all of the things to do make up for a little dust or cobwebs. It is a great place to slow down and hang outdoors. Lila (the dog) stayed with us and she is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. The chickens were fun and gave us a minimum of 6 eggs a day! The horses were so excited to see us in the morning for their food! It’s so comfortable and enjoyable at the amazing house. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends.
