Spacious villa with fenced garden beautifully situated at Sävsjön. Scenic location with opportunities for swimming, fishing and outdoors. The property is about 130 sqm with 3 rooms, toilet with bathtub and shower and kitchen with dining area in open plan. Underfloor heating in parts of the house and a cozy fireplace adjacent to the kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine. Cozy glass veranda and several terraces with secluded location or lake view. An older rowing boat is available if you want to take a trip on the lake.

Cozy cabin by the lake

Welcome to fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with species-rich surroundings. The cottage is added to 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and one sofa bed. When you look out you have some view of the lake where you also have boat access for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer passing the cabin. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find grocery store 20 min drive from the cabin. There are a total of 3 cabins in the area and we are renting out two of these.

My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Renovated cottage by forest and lake with rowing boat

Experience the tranquility of the lake and coniferous forest in a renovated cottage with everything for a relaxing stay. Enjoy walks, bonfire evenings and in season berries and mushrooms. Discover scenic hiking trails or relax in the tranquility. Between May and August, or as long as the season allows, there is a rowboat for tours on the lake. The cottage is secluded located but close to Borås and Svenljunga for excursions, activities and attractions.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Relax in this peaceful unique home by the lake, only 15 meters from the private beach and jetty. Access to canoe and oak, great fishing waters! The plot is very private all 5300 sqm to use.
