There are not enough words to describe how beautiful, scenic, and quiet this place was. John was extremely communicative and responded quickly to any questions I had. The directions and instructions were helpful and clear. The home is tucked away from the center of town which made it so relaxing. The home has a woodsy modern home feel to it that is just incredible. The decor and furniture was comfortable and stylish. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing. It felt like you were in the middle of the woods. The home has everything you could possibly need when visiting Idyllwild. I had the perfect getaway here.

Shayne was a gracious host. You can tell he is dedicated to making visitors’ stays relaxing and easy. Sook’s Perch was a perfect location, walking distance to all the Lake Arrowhead Village shops & restaurants with a lovely view of the lake from the living room & the porch/balcony. Shayne was also very responsive & thoughtful with communication about the property and area attractions. We truly appreciated all the information he shared before our arrival. It made reservations and planning so easy! Sook’s Perch had everything we needed for the week of our stay and hope we get to come back soon!

My husband and 2 children loved our stay at Kirstan's cabin! The cabin was comfortable and beautifully designed. There were many fun games both inside and outside the cabin. The outdoor space was huge and fun to explore. The cabin was clean and everything waa easy to find. Kirstan was a very responsive and friendly host. We would love to stay at Kirstan's cabin again on a future visit to Big Bear!

I had a very pleasant stay at Adam’s place. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great home away from home. Adam was responsive, respectful, and accommodating; he even allowed an early check-in, which I appreciated. The communication was clear throughout, and any concerns were handled with professionalism and understanding. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others. What was great about this place: the views, the deck, the hot tub, the architecture, the tranquility. What was surprising and perhaps not ideal: the grill requires pellets; the second bedroom is not enclosed and requires climbing a tall steep ladder; guests have to walk through the master bedroom to exit the loft bed; no microwave. Awesome location, comfy master bed and solid old school record player.

We had a great time here. The views are even more stunning in person and if you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet time foraway from the city then this is the perfect place. We loved the modern check-in and check-out process.

Amy’s place was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway! The home is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly peaceful—exactly what we were looking for. The surrounding area is stunning with plenty to see and do, whether you want to relax or explore. Amy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! Very kid/family friendly. Had the same toys our toddler had at home to make him feel at ease. The sound machine was such a nice touch and kids plates. My husband and I got to enjoy the patio at night. The neighbors were very friendly walking by, super peaceful. We will definitely be booking another trip, it’s super close to all sort of activities/restaurants/stores. Veryyyy clean!!!!!! The beds were comfy. Thank you for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Whiskey Creek cabin. The views from the main floor are fantastic, and it feels so peaceful and private even if is really close to town. We were so lucky to see Deer passing through the back yard. The cabin is so comfortable and have anything we need. And our little dog was so happy to be there with us and chasing the squirrels. We had a wonderful stay at Black Rock Cabin! The place is nice, private, and has a beautiful view. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making us feel right at home. It’s in a perfect location with easy access to both Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. We also appreciated that it’s dog-friendly, which made our trip even better. The cozy atmosphere made it hard to leave we were truly sad to go. Highly recommend!

We had a great romantic stay here. It’s a small rustic cabin, authentically wooden and aged, but has just the right modern touches. Screens on the windows, vent in the bathroom, remote control lights, stone counters in the kitchen, A/C. Place was clean and tidy, we did see a few rogue insects and webs but difficult to prevent that in the mountains. The spa was a great perk. We loved the lights out there and it felt private despite it being out front. You will see bugs at night though! We also really enjoyed the back patio. We sat out there each morning to drink our coffee and watch the squirrels and blue jays. It was a great escape from city life. Bedroom loft area was so cozy and cute. The most modern part of the cabin as well, and spotless. The bed was pretty cozy. We couldn’t really get the hang of adjusting the firmness of it, but we slept good anyway. Parking is a bit tricky but manageable. The bathroom is quite small, no counter space ladies. Overall a lovely stay for a couple.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! If you’re on the fence, DO IT! The lake is a 2 min walk from the house and it is gorgeous. Allie provides all the fun things you’d need to have a great day on the lake. The home is super clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. My favorite part was sitting out on the deck with the string lights on during sunset. Beds are amazingly comfortable, and it just felt like we were right at home. Highly recommend staying here, you’ll never want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin nestled in the evergreens. The place was clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. The backyard was a literal forest with available hiking trails and the neighbors were very quiet, its was very peaceful. The location is as convenient as you could possibly want, a few minutes drive to lake Big Bear and very close to Big Bear village where you can shop and dine. Most importantly Jake was communicative and responsive. Overall we would highly recommend this place and would gladly return for another stay.

This place was nice and cozy, spent the weekend there and we loved it. Near the lake and the plaza so there’s lots to do and shop. The weather was perfect and made the stay so much better Host did a great job on letting me all the details felt well taken care of Had beautiful stay and you will too, 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

Fantastic Romantic Stone Cabin ♥️ So grateful to have stayed in such a unique cabin. From the picturesque outside to all the details on the inside, we were in love and felt so good. The decorations felt so welcoming. The blankets and pillows were so cozy and clean. The bed was so comfortable. There was a window AC unit that kept us nice and cool as we slept. The temperature of the cabin bc of the stone was also nice and cool during the day. The cabin had everything we needed. We loved the updated Apple TV, we watched our favorite movies at night. The Host Afkham was also so kind, warming and helpful. Her communications made us feel so welcome and safe. So much gratitude to her for having us. ♥️ 🌲🪵

Wanted to get out of LA for a few days and this was the perfect spot! This home is lovely - beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and incredibly peaceful. During the day we grilled and enjoyed the view on the balcony and in the evening, lit a fire (incredible fireplace) and cozied up on the couch. Truly has everything you could want or need!

This Airbnb was exactly what we needed. We were looking for a home to disconnect from the busy city and relax deep in nature while also having a space for our preteen boys to be entertained and this was Perfect. The balcony facing the forest was amazing and the seating is so comfortable , the game room kept my kids entertained, along with lots of board games and Lego’s . My husband and I even took the time to play pool. The neighborhood was really chill. Close to everything that you need. Lots of beautiful Blue Jays flying around and you could hear wildlife at night. Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked for cooking. We chose to grill on the balcony. We also went on a wonderful, easy hike to see the heart rock, kids loved it 💜 . The host was really responsible with our questions we had and check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend for families and return in winter ❄️

This cozy cabin was amazing for a long weekend getaway, we had such a Peaceful weekend! The location was amazing and the view from the back deck was so calming. This is the perfect place to have a peaceful, relaxing, and romantic getaway from the busy city life. The communication was great whenever we had questions and the check in and check out instructions were very clear and concise. We loved this stay and the memories the lake and cabin has brought us.
