It was a very nice lodge clean and tidy only 5 minutes ti the beach sainsbury just 2 minutes away and host good communication

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

We had a lovely time in Anita’s Airbnb, lovely and clean, with everything we needed. Great location, with an easy walk to the beach. We would stay again 🥰

Wonderful stay here, thank you. The additions of the hot chocolate station, biscuits and doggy hamper were much appreciated and a lovely touch. Very clean and spacious, easy to find and instructions were clear for access etc. would highly recommend booking.

Just returned from a weekend in Hobourne park and what a lovely time we had. Caravan was spotless, it was so comfortable like being at home. The location of the caravan was lovely and quiet. The site had plenty to do for the children. Sue and Diane responded to my messages very quickly and were very helpful. We all had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Hopefully we will return again soon!

We had a great stay here for a getaway weekend - Fiona was super friendly, gave good recommendations for walks, pubs etc and left us to it. The guest house is a great size with everything you need and in perfect condition. Location was beautiful with great scenery and walks especially when the sun was out. Overall would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

The cottage was a beautiful and peaceful place to be at the end of the day after a long walk. Clare made us feel welcome with little things such as milk in the fridge, butter and jam, biscuits…etc. It feels very homely, clean and welcoming. As soon as I stepped in I didn’t want to leave the place! Great location too with cafés close by to have breakfast or lunch and places for drinks and dinner. We had the opportunity to check in early and leave later which made our stay longer, which was well appreciated. I would recommend it to friends and family.

This was our first experience in a mobile home. Everything was as described. On the outskirts of Christchurch but less than a 30minute walk to the nearest beach (Avon beach). On-site facilities are good to keep children occupied (indoor and outdoor pools, play areas, mini-golf, arcade). On-site bar/restaurant serving good food and drinks. For people with electric vehicles there were 2 charge points at the main car park, but plenty of charge points within a 5 minute drive (Sainsburys, Costa). Weather was quite warm whilst we were there and it would have been beneficial to have a fan or 2 to help cool down! If we get the opportunity would not hesitate to go back.

Beautiful home from home holiday let. the caravan is well equipped even has an air fryer and coffee machine. There are board games too. The beds are really comfortable. Perfect position on the park not too far from the clubhouse, pool etc. Communication with Denise and Sue was excellent. Really lovely touch of some banners put up for our children for a good luck wish for the event they were competing at. Highly recommend we will definitely return.

We had an amazing time at Dreamcatcher. It was immaculately clean and fresh. Fully equipped with all necessary things we needed for our short stay. Co-host Sue is very helpful and responsive. The park is a great place to stay for a holiday and enjoy the seaside. Very well maintained caravan park.

Practical and comfortable house for a beach break. Very well set up and private garden ideal for children. Very helpful host and generous provisions in welcome pack. Excellent.

Superb caravan that was spotless and had everything you could need. The coffee machine was a lovely treat! Super comfy beds and crisp bedding. Amazing host thank you for making our family weekend away just perfect.

Fabulous home. Perfect for our family holiday as you can all spread out to different areas, and also large enough to all enjoy spaces together. Our toddler and my father absolutely loved the garden. It’s the perfect size, and so peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed the Games room (really fun with the neon lights and disco lights on whilst playing Pacman! ) and my mum loved playing the piano in there. My Gran enjoyed snoozing in the sunroom. All spotlessly clean. Beds all comfy. Great there’s a twin room and toilet/ shower room downstairs as that worked well for my Gran so she didn’t have to negotiate the stairs. Brilliant location just a few minutes away from the village or seafront. Excellent communication throughout. Thank you for a gorgeous stay.

Lovely warm welcome to me and my friends .The location is super , right get next to the water with a slipway to launch canoes and paddle boards , yet a 5minute walk into town . Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The Chalet was very spacious and well appointed . Great for few days away with friends , we would book again .

We love the place. Large common area with nice bbq stove. The location is superb as it is close to Waitrose and various tourist attractions 🤩

We had an incredible stay at the Coach House. The house was perfect for us, and our Flat Coated Retriever. Everything in the house was fantastic – immaculately clean, a big TV, great hair dryer, nice modern shower, good dressing table, fully stacked kitchen, comfy sofas and comfy bed. The best part for us was the secure garden, which is huge and was great for our dog. The location was spot on, with a short drive (10 mins max) to nice beaches, great walks in the New Forest and nice pubs and shops. A few other reviews have mentioned the train, and busy road, but we hardly noticed it – and didn’t impact us in the slightest. We didn’t want to leave – and hopefully we will be back. Thank you Sue for making your Coach House a very special holiday for us.

We’ve just enjoyed a stay, very clean , we were a family of 12 , all different ages , plenty of room to enjoy the space , with lovely walks , literally few minutes to the beach. A great time had by all !

An absolutely beautiful home with outstanding facilities - our stay was perfect from start to finish. Gemma was incredibly helpful and attentive in the lead up. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Milford-on-Sea. Our host was very welcoming and responsive to all our queries both before and during our stay. The property was well stocked with everything you could possibly need as well as being spotless and comfortable with incredible views. The location is perfect, only a few minutes away from the local village and pub, which is perfect for an evening meal, as well as the view of the Needles from the coast, which is breathtaking and perfect for a stroll. Other highlights include Hurst castle, Beaulieu and the New Forest itself. Milford was the perfect centre point for so many great activities and walks with plenty of information and maps included in the property. The garden was such a peaceful place to relax after a long day exploring and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooking as well. Overall, we could not have asked for a better property, host or location and would certainly return here again. Thank you so much for having us!

The property is idyllic, felt completely seperated from real life. So calm and peaceful. Our children were thrilled with the garden, the wildlife, the trampoline the hide an seek!! Gutted we only had thee nights. Thank Laura.

We had a fabulous girls weekend at this property and would absolutely recommend this place for a nice long weekend by the coast. Rooms were lovely, beds were comfortable and the space was clean and spacious. The host even kindly left us some Easter cakes which were delicious! The property is close to the coast and a lovely restaurant called ‘Pebble Beach’ where we had a delicious dinner! We hired hot tub for the weekend which was great, particularly as the sun showed up for us! We didn’t even feel like we had to leave the property at all, we were having such a good time. Thank you for such a great stay! Would definitely recommend :)

The potting shed was a lovely place and really well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was great having a netflix for air BnB guests! Loads of great beaches, villages and walks around. Jan was very helpful and responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
