This apartment exceeded our expectations it is very roomy to what we usually go for and is super well looked after and decorated. Toaster only toasts on one side but apart from that the kitchen was well equipped. Supermarkets and transport links a short walk away. This was an awesome stay and would highly recommend.

Very easy to communicate with the host. The location is excellent, right beside train service. Big rooms and more than enough bed. Kitchen is great!

Ella's apartment is lovely, and she is a great host—the location is extremely central but not noisy, and it is very nicely kitted out. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous apartment - great location for the sights - walkable to many and then public transport nearby if required. Jakob greeted us and very friendly. Contacted for the use of sofa bed and great response . Apartment was super clean and has everything one needs - plenty of crockery etc so not having to wash dishes all the time. They have thought of everything and it’s one of the best places we have booked using Airbnb . Had a great visit to Vienna - fabulous city and if/ when we return, would have no hesitation in booking apartment Franzl again.

Chez Christine was fantastic, and Daniela was a great host/communicator. The location is easy to get to with public transportation, the neighborhood is quiet but loaded with wonderful local restaurants, and it was simply a pleasure staying there. Highly recommended!

The apartment is great, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is very good, with access to shops and public transportation. It wouldn't hurt to add a TV [I like to watch something local when I'm traveling] and maybe the room could be darker for sleeping [a good blackout]. Otherwise, the apartment is highly recommended. We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished – you came in and felt welcome right away, even the smell when entering was pleasant. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, you immediately noticed that she really cares about the well-being of the guests. The kitchen was very well equipped, so you could easily cook yourself. The beds were comfortable, everything you needed was there, and even the little things were thought out. The location is great – quiet, but with quick access to the city. Especially practical: there was safe parking directly on site. In short: an all-round successful package that we would recommend at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

This is one of the very best areas of Vienna: quiet, very safe, and well connected to public transportation. This particular property is surrounded by so much green that it almost feels rural, but there are several tram and bus lines less than a 5-minute walk away. The building is modern, and all the appliances and fixtures are high quality. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The host family was very friendly, and Kati was very responsive whenever we had any questions.

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

Everything was great! Communication with Nadine absolutely impeccable. Very nice hostess. My people loved it! Furnishings, comfort....everything is there. Everything very nicely decorated and equipped. I just inquired again by phone from an employee: 'You can't live better' I'd love to come back.

The house was beautiful ,enough space for 8 people to stay comfortably . A little far from the city centre but a simple Wien transport card can solve that . Very responsive host who offered a lot of kitchen supplies and chocolates.❤️

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

WOW! We were more than excited about the apartment! Rented the apartment for 5 months and felt right at home! No matter what concerns Sebastian & Januska were always there for us and helped and supported us immediately! I have never met such great landlords as the two. Whether Christmas Advent calendars, inflatable mattress for visit or a private booklet with all the important information, the two have thought of everything! Thanks for the great time in Vienna, anytime again!🫶🏽

Wolfang flat was exactly what we need with a toddler,near the center by tram, equiped with all we need, toys, high chair, crib.And on the same street a supermarket.Perfect.He is super as a host, helped US with everything.If we Will come back to Vienna it is our choice.I totally recomend 200%.

Marion responded to all our questions very quickly before our stay. He welcomed us warmly and explained all the details about the house. The house was spotless and comfortable as it appears in the photos. Small gifts were also left. He also shared his own suggestions about the surrounding restaurants. Everything was very nice, if I come to Vienna again, I would like to stay again.

Great stay. Had everything we needed. Everything was as described. Was super close to an underground station but was quiet and peaceful. Perfect.
